ஒரு கிராம் வைரஸ் : 750 கோடி மக்களின் பயத்திற்குக் காரணம்!

வைரஸ் என்றால் என்ன?
டாக்டர் சுப்ரமண்யன் நாராயண் தரும் தகவல் இது. இவர் பரிசுகளை வாங்கிய ஒரு எழுத்தாளர். ஆலோசகர். ஆய்வாளர்.
ஒரு வைரஸின் எடை 0.85 ஆட்டோகிராம் ஆகும். அதாவது ட்ரில்லியன் கிராமில் பத்து லட்சத்தில் ஒரு பங்கு.
ஒரு மனிதனை வியாதிக்குள்ளாக்கும், 70 பில்லியன் வைரஸ்கள் ( ஒரு பில்லியன் என்றால் 100 கோடி) 0.0000005 கிராம் தான்! இப்போது உலகில் உள்ள கேஸ்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 20 லட்சத்திற்கும் அதிகம் என்பதால் உலகில் பரவியுள்ள இந்த கொடிய வைரஸ்களின் மொத்த எடை சுமார் ஒரு கிராம்.
கூட்டிக் கழித்துப் பார்த்தால் விஷயம் இது தான்:-
மனிதர்கள் வாழும் இந்த பூமி என்னும் கிரகம் ஒரு கிராம் வைரஸுக்கு முன் மண்டியிடுகிறது.
நமது பகட்டு பற்றிய மாத் தோற்றங்களும் அறிவியல் முன்னேற்றமும் இவ்வளவு தான். ( ஒரு கிராமுக்கும் குறைவான, உயிருடன் இருக்கும் ஒன்று என்று சொல்வதற்குக் கூட லாயக்கில்லாத ஒரு உயிரினம் மொத்த மனித இனத்தையும் தன் முன் மண்டியிட வைத்திருக்கிறது.
அடக்கமாக இருங்கள்!
(மனித) இனம் என்று அறியப்படும் ஒன்று ஒரு கிராம் வைரஸுக்கும் குறைவானது தான்!

Dr Subramanyan Narayan, award-winning author, consultant and researcher, writes as follows:
The weight of a virus is measured at 0.85 attograms or about one millionth of a trillion grams.
70 billion viruses that will make a person sick will be about 0.0000005 grams. Since the total number of cases worldwide is now over 2 million, the total weight of the rogue viruses that have descended on the world comes to about 1 gram.
At the end of the day that means:
The entire planet (or let us say mankind) is on it’s knees with just 1 gram of virus taking over!
So much for our illusions of self grandeur and achievements in science. (Less than 1 gram of an organism that cannot even be called to be alive and the whole human race is at it’s knees.
Be humble….
What we know as a race is lesser than the weight of the Virus.
