ஆஸ்திரியாவின் தலை நகரமான வியன்னாவில் பல ஓவிய காட்சியகங்கள் இருந்தாலும் மக்கள் அதிகம் படை எடுப்பது அப்பர் பெல்வெடெர் மியூசியம் (Upper Belvedere Museum) ஆகும். அங்கு புகழ் பெற்ற ஓவியக் கலைஞர்களின் நூற்றுக்கண்ணைக்கான ஓவியங்கள் உள்ளன. அவற்றில் மிகவும் புகழ்பெற்றவை த கிஸ் THE KISS என்னும் முத்தம் கொடுக்கும் ஓவியம் ஆகும். அதற்கு எதிரே நான்கு நிர்வாண அழகிகளின் ஓவியங்கள் இருக்கின்றன.
நாங்கள் தங்கிய ஹோட்டல் தாழ்வாரத்திலேயே ஒரு முழு நிர்வாணப் பெண்ணின் படத்தைத் தொங்கவிட்டிருந்தார்கள். என்னடா இது? குடும்பத்தோடு தங்கும் பகுதியில் இப்படி முழு நிர்வாணப் பெண்ணின் படம்? என்ற கேள்வி என் மனதில் எழுந்தது. பெல்வெடெர் மியூசியத்துக்குப் போன பின்னர்தான் அது ஆஸ்திரியாவின் மிகப் புகழ்பெற்ற ஓவியர் குஸ்டாவ் கிலிம்ப்ட் Gustav Klimt வரைந்த ஓவியம் என்பது தெரிந்தது.
ஒரு இடத்திற்குப் போவதற்கு முன்னர் அந்த இடத்தைப் பற்றி படித்துவிட்டுப்போவது, கொடுத்த காசுக்கு முழு பலனையும் தரும். இப்போதெல்லாம் எல்லா சுற்றுலா இடங்களுக்கும் பெரிய நுழைவுக் கட்டணம் வைத்துள்ளனர். மேலும் இந்த பெல்வெடடெர் மியூசியம் மூன்று பிரிவுகளாக உள்ளன. மேல் பெல்வெடெர் , கீழ் பெல்வெடெர் , பெல்வெடெர் 21 என்ற பெயரில் அவை உள்ளன. மற்ற பிரிவுகளில் கடன் வாங்கிய ஓவியங்களை வைத்து தற்காலிக கண்காட்சி நடத்துகின்றனர். எல்லாவற்றையும் காண கொஞ்சம் பயணம் செய்யவேண்டும். ஓவியக் கலை படிப்பு படிப்பவர்களுக்கு அவை பயனுள்ளவை ஆகும்
ஏனைய பல ஓவியர்களின் பெரிய கான்வாஸ் ஓவியங்களும் இங்கே உள்ளன.
குஸ்டாவ் கிளிம்ட் Gustav Klimt வரைந்த ஓவியங்களின் பட்டியல்::
1.த கிஸ் The Kiss முத்தம் — இது உள்ளே நுழைந்தவுடன் இருக்கிறது ;
2.பர்க் ஹீட்டர் Burgheater – வியன்னாவில் பழைய தியேட்டர்
3.ஆடம் அண்ட் ஈவ் Adam and Eve- இதுதான் முழு நிர்வாண ஓவியம் (எனது ஆங்கில கட்டுரை நேற்று வெளியானது. அதில் படத்தைக் காண்க)
4.நுடா வெரிடாஸ் Nuda Veritas – இதுவும் முழு நிர்வாண ஓவியம் ; இதில் ஜெர்மானிய தத்துவ அறிஞர் பிரெடெரிக் ஷில்லரின் மேற்கோள் உள்ளது
The frame’s upper margin quotes a verse by Schiller, indicating, in its difficult consensus, a distinctive sign of quality: “If you can’t please everyone with your deeds and your art – please only a few. To please many is bad. Schiller.” Aim of this quote is to incite the Vienna Secession to action. Another version of this work exists as an etching for the magazine Ver Sacrum. The mirror held by Veritas is a modern invitation to “Know yourself”, whereas the flowers are symbols of regeneration
கவிஞரும் தத்துவ வித்தகருமான பிரெடெரிக் ஷில்லர் (Schiller) சொன்னார்: உன்னுடைய செயல்களாலும் கலையாலும் எல்லாரையும் திருப்தி செய்ய முடியவில்லையானால், சிலரை மட்டும் திருப்திப்படுத்து. எல்லாரையும் திருப்தி செய்யவேண்டும் என்று நினைப்பது நல்லதல்ல.
5.ஜூடித் , பைபிளில் வரும் பெண்மணி:
The painting depicts the biblical character of Judith holding the severed head of Holofernes. Judith’s face exudes a mixed charge of voluptuousness and perversion. Its traits are transfigured so as to obtain the greatest degree of intensity and seduction, which Klimt achieves by placing the woman on an unattainable plane.
6.மற்றும் பல இயற்கைக் காட்சி ஓவியங்களும் கர்ப்பிணி, குழந்தைகளைச் சித்தரிக்கும் ஓவியங்களும் இருக்கின்றன. இவைகளை நுணுக்கமாகப் பார்க்க மணிக்கணக்கில் நேரத்தைச் செலவிடவேண்டும். மேலும் இவை எல்லாம் 150 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு உட்பட்ட ஓவியங்களே; ஆயினும் ஒவ்வொன்றும் மில்லியன் டாலருக்கு மேல் ஏலத்தில் போகும் மதிப்புடையவை.
தமிழ்நாட்டில் நாயக்கர் காலத்தில் வரைந்த ஓவியங்களைக்கூட நாம் இழந்து விட்டோம். குகையில் இருந்ததால் ஓரளவுக்கு அஜந்தா ஓவியங்கள் தப்பின. ஓவியங்களை எப்படி காட்சிக்கு வைத்து ணம் சம்பாதிக்கலாம் என்பதை வெளிநாட்டினரிடமிருந்து கற்கவேண்டும் . ஒவ்வொரு மியூசியத்துக்கும் வெளியே வருகையில் ஒரு பெரிய கடை வழியாகத்தான் வரவேண்டும். அங்கே ஓவியர் பற்றியும் ஓவியங்கள் பற்றியும் ஏராளமான பொருட்களை விலைக்கு விற்பார்கள். நாங்கள் எங்கே சென்றாலும் அந்த ஊரின் நினைவுச் சின்னமாக சில பிரிட்ஜ் மாக்னெட் Fridge Magnet, கீ செயின் Key Chain , புஸ்தகங்களை Books வாங்குவோம் . இதே போல அரண்மனைக்குச் சென்றபோதும் நினைவுச் சின்னங்கள்(Mementos) வாங்கினோம்.

இறுதியாக ஓவியக்களைப் பற்றிக் காண்போம்
குஸ்டாவ் கிளிம்ட் Gustav Klimt 1862-1918 புதிய கலை (Art Nouveau) இயக்கத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர் . அவரே கலைஞர்களுக்கு ஒரு அணியை உண்டாக்கி பலரையும் ஒன்று சேர்த்தார். புலன் உணர்ச்சிமிக்க, காம சம்பந்தமான (Sensual and Erotic) ஓவியங்கள் மூலம் புகழ்பெற்றார். 1909-ம் ஆண்டில் வரைந்த ‘முத்தம் The Kiss’ ஓவியம் புகழ் சேர்த்தது.மொஸைக் தரைபோல ஓவியங்களை வரைவதும். அதில் தங்கத்தைக் குழைத்து வார்ப்பதும் இவருடைய ஓவியங்களின் சிறப்பு அம்சங்கள்.
| 1907–1908 – The Kiss (oil on canvas, 180 cm × 180 cm) | A perfect square, the canvas depicts a couple embracing, their bodies entwined in elaborate robes decorated in a style influenced by both linear constructs of the contemporary Art Nouveau style and the organic forms of the earlier Arts and Crafts Movement. The work is composed of conventional oil paint with applied layers of gold leaf, an aspect that gives it its strikingly modern, yet evocative appearance. The painting is now in the Österreichische Galerie Belvedere museum in the Belvedere palace, Vienna, and is widely considered a masterpiece of the early modern period.
