ஹிந்துக்களுக்கு தர்ம வாழ்வே வாழ்வு!

அக்பரின் அரசவையில் அங்கம் வகித்த அப்துல் ஃபஸல் அய்ன் – இ- அக்பரி என்ற தனது நூலில், “ஹிந்துக்கள் தங்கள் மதத்தை நேசிக்கிறார்கள். அவர்கள் மற்ற எந்த ஒரு இனத்துடனும் சண்டையிடுவதில்லை.” என்று எழுதியுள்ளார்.

(அதாவது தங்கள் தர்மத்தை ஒரு நாளும் விடாத அவர்கள் அடுத்தவர்களை மதம் மாற்ற முற்படுவதில்லை; சண்டை இடுவதில்லை; அவர்களை மதித்து வாழ்கின்றனர் என்று பொருள் கொள்ள வேண்டும்)

வருடம் 1942. அலஹாபாத் உயர் நீதி மன்றத்தில் உள்ள ஒரு வேலைக்காக ஒரு நுழைவுத் தேர்வு நடத்தப்பட்டது. ஒரு மராத்திய இளைஞன் முதலாவதாகத் தேறினான். தலைமை நீதிபதி, டெபுடி ரெஜிஸ்ட்ராரை அழைத்து, ” இந்தப் பையன் சரியான உடை அணிந்து வந்தால் தான் அவனை வேலையில் சேர அனுமதிக்கப்படுவான். அவன் மொட்டை அடித்திருக்கிறான். காலிலோ ஷூவே அணியவில்லை.” என்றார்.

டெபுடி ரெஜிஸ்ட்ரார் இதை அந்தப் பையனிடம் தெரிவித்ததோடு அவனை தலையில் ஒரு ஹேட்டும், காலில் ஷூக்களும் அணிந்து கொண்டு வரச் சொன்னார்.

அந்த இளைஞன் இதைக் கேட்டு விட்டு, “ எனது தந்தையார் சமீபத்தில் தான் இறந்தார். நான் ஒரு வருட காலம் செய்ய வேண்டிய ஈமச் சடங்குகளைச் செய்து வருகிறேன். ஹிந்து சாஸ்திரங்கள் தலைமுடி வளர்ப்பதையோ அல்லது ஷூ அணிவதையோ இந்தக் கால கட்டத்தில் அனுமதிக்கவில்லை. நான் சாஸ்திரங்களை விட்டு விட முடியாது. ஆகவே இந்த வாய்ப்பையும் கூட நான் வேண்டாம் என்று மறுக்கிறேன்.” என்று பதில் கூறினான்.

டெபுடி ரெஜிஸ்ட்ரார் இதை தலைமை நீதிபதியிடம் தெரிவித்தார். தலைமை நீதிபதி அந்த இளைஞனின் சாஸ்திர பக்தியைத் தான் விரும்புவதாகவும் அவனை சில நாட்களுக்குள்ளாக வந்து சேரும்படியும் கூறினார்.

இதைக் கேட்ட அந்தப் பையன், சில நாட்கள் தன்னால் காத்திருக்க முடியாது என்றும், அன்று மாலையே லக்னௌ சென்று இன்னொரு தேர்வு எழுதப் போவதாகவும் கூறினான்.

தலைமை நீதிபதி தனது உத்தரவை உடனே மாற்றி, அவனை உடனே அந்தக் கணமே வேலையில் சேருமாறு கூறினார்.

 வேலையின் மீது கொண்ட சிரத்தையினால் அவனது எல்லாத் தடைகளும் அகன்றன.

ஏப்ரல் 1945. ஒரு பிரபல மருத்துவர் கூறிய சம்பவம் இது:

25 அல்லது 26 வயதிருக்கும் ஒரு மார்வாரி இளைஞன் காலரா நோயினால் பீடிக்கப்பட்டான். நோ மிகவும் தீவிரமடைந்தது. அவனது உடல் நடுங்கிச் சுருங்கத் தொடங்கியது. அவன் தான் இனி பிழைக்கப் போவதில்லை என்று பயந்தான்.

அவன் தனது பெற்றோரை அழைத்து, “ நான் பிழைக்கவில்லை எனில் வாய்மூலமாகச் சொல்லி நான் கடன் வாங்கியவர்களின் பெயரைக் குறித்துக் கொண்டு அதை அடைத்து விடுங்கள்” என்று கூறினான். அன்று மாலையே அவன் நோய் தீர்ந்து பிழைத்துக் கொண்டான். வாங்கிய கடனைத் திருப்பிக் கொடுக்காமல் இருப்பது ஹிந்துவைப் பொறுத்த மட்டில் பெரிய பாவம். சட்டத்தின் படி கடனைத் திருப்பிக் கொடுக்க முடியாத நிலையில் இருப்பவர்கள் திவால் ஆனதாகச் சொல்லித் தப்பிக்க முடியும். ஆனால் அவன் அந்த சட்டத்தைப் பயன்படுத்த விரும்பவில்லை. ஆகவே தான் அவன் பிழைத்தான்.

மேலே கூறிய சம்பவங்கள் அன்றாடம் பாரத தேசத்தில் நடக்கும் ஆயிரக் கணக்கான சம்பவங்களில் சிலவே. இது தான் ஹிந்துக்களின் வாழ்க்கை முறை.

பொய் சொல்வது பாவம். வேலையில் சிரத்தையுடன் ஈடுபட வேண்டும். – இவையெல்லாம் ஹிந்துக்களின் இரத்தத்தில் ஊறிய தர்ம கோட்பாடுகள்.

அந்த புகழோங்கிய நாட்களை அன்றாட வாழ்வில் இன்றைய ஹிந்துக்கள் அடைய வேண்டும்.

1. Abul Fazl Courtier of Mughal Emperor AkbarAbul Fazl wrote in his chronicle Ain – E – Akbari — Hindus love their religion. They don’t  have conflict with any other race.
2. 1942. Once a employment entrance test was conducted in Allahabad high court office. A Maratha youth stood first. The Chief Justice asked the Deputy Registrar, “If this guy appears in proper dress then only he will be permitted to join. The youth’s head was tonsured and feet were without shoes. Deputy Registrar informed him the same and asked to come wearing a hat and shoes.”

The youth replied, “My father has died recently. I am performing Kalasouch ritual for one year. Hindu Shastras ordains not to wear shoes or headgear in next one year. I cannot disregard the Shastras. I can sacrifice the  opportunity as well.”

Deputy Registrar in turn notified the Chief Justice. He replied that he liked the youth’s devotion and asked him to employ him within few days. The youth replied, “I cannot wait for few days. Today evening only I will go to Lucknow for appearing in another examination.”

The Chief Justice altered his order and asked him to employ him right at that moment. All obstacles alleviated due to his devotion.

3. April 1945. One famous physician has said– A Marwari youth of around 25-26 was diagnosed with Cholera. The disease reoccurred and got serious. His body started cramping. He feared that he would not survive.

He called his parents and said, “If I don’t survive, note down the name of debtors from whom I have taken debt verbally.” He got cured by evening after doing this. Not paying a loan is a sin to Hindu. Though there was a Law of Limitation by practising he could have shown himself as bankrupt. But he did not use that law, that’s why he escaped certain death.
