The details of Purusha sukta Homa, Sri Sukta Homa and Gayatri Homa are given below:-
PURUSHASUKTA HOMA:
Purushasukta hymn of Rigveda is very famous; it is in the tenth mandala of the Veda. Rudram and Purusasuktam are recited in temples and orthodox houses everyday. This hymn gives a symbolic account of the manifestation of the Divinity through Creation. It is in praise of Purusha, the Cosmic being.
Just before starting this Homa, all the preliminary things including Vigneswara Puja , are done like we do in all Homas.
Then the main mantras beginning
Sahasraseersha purushah ………………………… are divided into 18 parts and with saying Swaahaa, Ahuthi is placed in the fire.
After this, all the finishing rituals like Jayaathi homa etc are done.

The benefits are :- general welfare of the family and anything wished for in particular is obtained

Sri Sukta Homa
Sri is Goddess Lakshmi in charge of Wealth. So the main benefit is acquiring wealth.
Sri Suktam is part of the later Vedas. The hymn beginning with
Hiranyavarnaam Harineem…………..
Is divided into 15 parts and with each saying Swaahaa, Aahuti is poured into Homa fire .
After this, Post Homa rituals are done.

Gayatri Homa
Gayatri Mantra is found in all the Four Vedas. It is considered the most powerful Mantra. And Brahmins recite this mantra three times a day with the water ablutions.
Every Brahmin boy is supposed to do it on Upakarma Day after his Punul Kalyanam/ Ceremony .
Upakarma occurs every year in the month of Sravan, when Brahmins change their sacred thread start the Vedic study again anew.
Those who do the Gayatri Homa, invoke Goddess Gayatri and recite the Mantra 1008 times. With each mantra and saying Swaahaa , he places the Samiththu (wood stick from Peepal trees) with ghee in fire pit.
At the conclusion, Goddess is given a send off .
All the Homas are done with some Sweet Prasad.

After all the Homas, the black ash residue is taken from the Havan vessel and mixed with a few drops of ghee it is placed in the forehead of all participants. It is called Homa Rakshaa.

For the first pregnancy Seemantha ritual is done. The first delivery of a woman is called Thalaip Prasavam (First or Chief Pregnancy/Delivery).

The First Upakarma that occurs after the Punul/ sacred thread Kalynam of a boy is called Thalai Avaniyaa Vattam (Avittam), i.e.Chief Aavani Avittam.
(aavani = Sraavan month; Avittam is star name; full moon occurs in that star; Dhanishtha: धनिष्ठा), (Tamil: அவிட்டம்). it is Sraavan Puurnimaa)
On that day, the boy must do Gayatri Homa with 1008 times Japa. It will take at least two hours . After placing 1008 sticks in the fire with ghee and Pipal wood sticks, reciting the mantra 1008 times, the Homa is concluded by sending back the goddess with relevant mantras.

Hindus invoke all gods before reciting a hymn or sloka. In the same way, they send the god back by saying good bye. Even during the Tarpana for the departed souls, they invite them first, offer them the things, and send them back with proper salutes.
