ஐ = ai Second Case suffix
You add second case suffix AI with the subject.

கூப்பிடு= Verb= Call, Invite
Avanaik kooppitu = call him (Avan/he+ ai= Avanai) அவனைக் கூப்பிடு
Avalaik kooppitu= call her = அவளைக் கூப்பிடு (She/her Call)
Avarkalaik kooppitu= call them அவர்களைக் கூப்பிடு
Look at the order Verb comes at the end as usual

Another rule is Doubling ; if it is a short sound word En, Kan, Un then the letter N is doubled
என் + ன் + ஐ = என்னை = me
உன் + ன் + ஐ = உ ன்னை = you
கண் +ண் + ஐ – கண்ணை = eye+ai
அவன் + ஐ = அவனை him
அவள் + ஐ = அவளை her

Another Rule is for some words or names you insert Y sound or V sound. Look at the examples given below:
ராமனை = Raaman+ai = raamanai (No change; raamaN+ai= raamanai
ஜூலியை = ஜூலி +ய் +ஐ = July+y+ai = jooliyai (Y sound is inserted)
பகவத் கீதையை =+ய் +ஐ = கீதையை = Geethaiyai
If you Tamilize Bhagavad Gita as Geethai, then Y is inserted.

If you use Sanskrit pronunciation, then V is inserted to make accusative
U ending words also சோமு +வ் +ஐ = சோமுவை = Somuvai
