அயோத்தியில் ராமர் கோயில் கட்டுவதற்காக இதுவரை ரூ.1,511 கோடி நன்கொடை வசூல்
அயோத்தியில் ராமர் கோயில் கட்டுவதற்காக உச்சநீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்பின் அடிப்படையில், மத்திய அரசு ராமஜென்மபூமி தீர்த்த ஷேத்ரா அறக்கட்டளையை உருவாக்கியது.
இந்த அறக்கட்டளை மூலம் ராமர் கோயில் கட்டுவதற்காக பொது மக்களிடம் நன்கொடைகள் பெறப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இதுவரை மக்களிடம் பெறப்பட்டுள்ள நன்கொடை குறித்து ராமஜென்மபூமி தீர்த்த ஷேத்ரா அறக்கட்டளை பொருளாளர் சுவாமி கோவிந்த் தேவ் கிரி, பிப்ரவரி 13 ஆம் தேதி, குஜராத் மாநிலம் சூரத் நகரில் செய்தியாளர்களை சந்தித்து பேசினார்.
அப்போது அவர், “மக்கள் ராமர் கோயில் கட்டுவதற்கு தங்களால் முடிந்த நன்கொடைகளை வழங்கி வருகிறார்கள். 492 ஆண்டுகளுக்குப்பின் மக்கள் மீண்டும் மிகப்பெரிய தர்மத்தைச் செய்ய வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்துள்ளது. இதுவரை ராமர் கோயில் கட்டுவதற்கு ரூ.1,511 கோடி நன்கொடையாக அறக்கட்டளை திரட்டியுள்ளது” என்று தெரிவித்தார்.
ராமர் கோவிலுக்கு முஸ்லிம்கள் நன்கொடை
உத்தர பிரதேசத்தின் அயோத்தியில் கட்டப்படும், ஹிந்து கடவுள் ராமருக்கான கோவிலுக்கு, பைசாபாதைச் சேர்ந்த, முஸ்லிம்கள், 5,100 ரூபாய் நன்கொடை நன்கொடை அளித்து உள்ளனர்.
”ராமர் ஹிஸ்துஸ்தானுக்கு சொந்தம்; நாங்களும் இந்த நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள். ஹிந்துக்கள் எங்களுடைய சகோதரர்கள். கோவில் கட்டுவதற்கு தொடர்ந்து நன்கொடை வழங்குவோம்,” என, அயோத்தி முஸ்லிம் ராஷ்ட்ரீய மஞ்ச் உறுப்பினர் ஹாஜி சயீது அகமது கூறியுள்ளார். ”நம் நாட்டில் அமைதி மற்றும் ஒற்றுமை நிலவுவதை உலக நாடுகளுக்கு மீண்டும் உறுதி செய்துள்ளோம். ”ராமர் கோவிலுக்கு முஸ்லிம் சகோதரர்கள் நன்கொடை அளித்துள்ளதை வரவேற்கிறோம்,” என, பைசாபாதின் ராம் பவனின் தலைவர் சக்தி சிங் கூறியுள்ளார்.

தை மாத அமாவாசையை முன்னிட்டு, தமிழகம் முழுவதும் பிப்ரவரி 11ம் தேதி முன்னோர்களுக்கு தர்ப்பணம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது. பவானி கூடுதுறையில் பக்தர்கள் நீராடினர். ராமேஸ்வரம் அக்னி தீர்த்த கடற்கரையில் பக்தர்கள் நீராடி,முன்னோர்களுக்கு தர்ப்பணம் செய்தனர். இதேபோல் கன்னியாகுமரி முக்கடல் சங்கமத்தில் ஏராளமானோர் தங்களது முன்னோர்களுக்கு பலி தர்ப்பணம் செய்து கடலில் புனித நீராடினர். பலர் காவிரியில் தர்ப்பணம் கொடுத்து பிண்டங்களை கரைத்து வழிபட்டனர். திருச்செந்தூர் கடற்கரை, வேதாரண்யம், கோடியக்கரை உள்பட தமிழகத்தின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளிலும் மக்கள் கூட்டம் கூட்டமாக வந்து புனித நீராடி திதி கொடுத்தனர்.
தை முதல் ஆனி வரையிலான 6 மாதங்களும் ‘உத்தராயன புண்ணிய காலம்’ எனப்படும். அதே போல், ஆடி முதல் மாா்கழி வரையான 6 மாதங்களும் ‘தட்சணாயன புண்ணிய காலம்’ ஆகும். இரண்டு அயனங்களும் தொடங்கும் காலம் என்பதால்தான், ஆடி மாதத்தில் வரும் அமாவாசையும், தை மாதத்தில் வரும் அமாவாசையும் முன்னோர் வழிபாட்டில் முக்கியத்துவம் பெறுகின்றன.

ராமேஸ்வரம் தீர்த்தக் கிணறுகளில் புனித நீராட அனுமதி
ராமேஸ்வரம் அருள்மிகு ராமநாத சுவாமி கோவில் வளாகத்தில் உள்ள 22 தீர்த்தங்களிலும் பிப்ரவரி 1 -ஆம் தேதி முதல் பக்தர்கள் புனித நீராட அனுமதி அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
கொரோனா ஊரடங்கு காரணமாக கடந்த மார்ச் 24-ம் தேதி முதல் அனைத்து வழிபாட்டுத் தலங்களும் மூடப்பட்டன. ஆனால் வழக்கமான பூஜைகள் நடைபெற்று வந்தன. பின்னர் செப்டம்பர் மாதம் படிப்படியாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட தளர்வுகளின் அடிப்படையில் பக்தர்கள் சுவாமி தரிசனம் செய்ய அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டனர்.
பக்தர்களின் கோரிக்கையை ஏற்று தீர்த்தக் கிணறுகளை திறக்க தமிழக அரசு உத்தரவிட்டது. அதன்படி 11 மாதங்களுக்கு பிறகு ராமேஸ்வரம் ராமநாத சுவாமி கோவிலில் உள்ள 22 தீர்த்த கிணறுகளிலும் பக்தர்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் புனித நீராடி வருகின்றனர்.

கிருபானந்த வாரியார் பிறந்த நாள், அரசு விழாவாக கொண்டாடப்படும் -முதல்வர் அறிவிப்பு
தமிழக முதல்வர் எடப்பாடி பழனிசாமி தமிழகம் முழுவதும் சுற்றுப்பயணம் மேற்கொண்டு தேர்தல் பிரசாரத்தில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளார். அவ்வகையில் பிப்ரவரி -9 ஆம் தேதி அவர் வேலூர் மாவட்டத்தில் பிரசாரம் மேற்கொண்டார். பிரசார கூட்டத்தில் முதல்வர் எடப்பாடி பழனிசாமி பேசியதாவது:-
கிருபானந்த வாரியாரின் பிறந்த நாளான ஆகஸ்ட் 25ஆம் தேதி இனி அரசு விழாவாக கொண்டாடப்படும். எம்ஜிஆருக்கு பொன்மனச் செம்மல், என்ற பட்டத்தை வழங்கியவர் கிருபானந்த வாரியார்.
இவ்வாறு அவர் பேசினார்.
வேலூர் மாவட்டம், காட்பாடிக்கு அருகே பாலாற்றங்கரையில் அமைந்துள்ள காங்கேயநல்லூர் என்னும் சிற்றூரில் கடந்த 1906 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 25 ஆம் தேதி கிருபானந்த வாரியார் பிறந்தார். இவரது இயற்பெயர் கிருபானந்த வாரி. முருகப் பெருமான் மீது அளவற்ற பற்றும், பக்தியும் கொண்டவராக அவர் விளங்கியதால் திருமுருக கிருபானந்த வாரியார் என்று அழைக்கப்பட்டார்.
கிருபானந்த வாரியார், 1993ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 7 ஆம் தேதி லண்டனில் இருந்து இந்தியா வரும் போது விமானப் பயணத்திலேயே காலமானார். வேலூர் மாவட்டம், காட்பாடிக்கு அருகே கிருபானந்த வாரியாரை சிறப்பிக்கும் வகையில் கோயில் ஒன்று அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

திருப்பதி கோவிலில்பிப்ரவரி -19 ஆம் தேதி ரத சப்தமி விழா
திருப்பதி ஏழுமலையான் கோவிலில் வருகிற 19-ந்தேதி ரத சப்தமி விழா நடக்கிறது. அன்று அதிகாலையில் இருந்து இரவு வரை 7 வாகனங்களில் உற்சவர் மலையப்பசாமி தனித்தும், உபய நாச்சியார்களுடன் எழுந்தருளி கோவிலின் நான்கு மாடவீதிகளில் உலா வந்து பக்தர்களுக்கு அருள்பாலிக்கின்றனர்.

பாகிஸ்தானில் ஹிந்து கோவில்கள் நிலை; படு மோசம்
பாகிஸ்தானில், பாரம்பரிய கலாசார சின்னங்களாக விளங்கும் பெரும்பாலான ஹிந்து கோவில்கள், பராமரிப்பின்றி சிதிலமடைந்த நிலையில் உள்ளதாக, உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் அறிக்கை தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Over Rs 1500 crore received in donations for Ram Mandir’s construction in Ayodhya
Till now, Rs 1,511 CRORE has been deposited in the account of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust for the construction of Ram Mandir
More than Rs 1,500 crore have been donated so far by the public across the country for the construction of Ram Temple in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya. The Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra also announced that the ongoing donation drive, which began on January 15, will conclude on February 27.
While speaking to media, Trust treasurer Swami Govind Dev Giri said, “For the construction of the grand Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, the whole nation is donating funds. We aim to reach 4 lakh villages and 11 crore families across the country during our donation drive.”
Congress MLA Aditi Singh of Rae Bareily in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday donated Rs 51 lakh for the construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Notably, she presented the cheque to Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), which has launched its fundraising campaign for the construction of the Ram mandir in the temple town.
Singh, a Congress lawmaker from Rae Bareli, herself visited a VHP office and gave the cheque. She said “I am making this contribution to VHP on behalf of my team and supporters. Everyone has contributed for this,”
Number of devotees permitted for daily darshan crosses 50,000 In January, the average Hundi revenue was Rs. 3.15 crore per day at Balaji Temple in Tirumalai
Nearly eight months since the Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirumala re-opened its doors for devotees — after being closed for two-and-a-half months due to Covid-19 — the hill town is once again witnessing serpentine queues. This is also signifying a sharp rise in income from ‘Srivari Money Box
When the hill shrine was reopened for pilgrims on June 11 last, TTD had allowed 6,000 people for darshan. However, the temple gradually increased the darshan quota which now stood at 50,000 a day.
The hundi collection is registering a steady increase. Devotees are generously offering Kanukas (cash) in the ‘Srivari Hundi’.
The hundi income was relatively high in the last one month as compared to the collections in the corresponding period last year. According to official statistics, the daily hundi collections used to average Rs 2.96 crore in the pre-Covid-19 period – as in January, last year. However, in January this year, the average revenue received via hundi was of Rs. 3.15 crore a day.

Karnataka govt allows temples to hold regular car festivals. However, the government directed the temples to hold ‘remedial rituals’ as per the sacred scriptures for missing out the car festivals IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS.
Almost a year after banning special puja, cars festivals and mass gatherings of devotees at temples across the state due to Covid-19 pandemic, the state government on Tuesday ordered holding of religious fairs, festivals, car festivals and special pujas as usual.

Thai Amaavaasyai
Hindus across India took holy dip on 11th February , the New Moon Day. This is known as Thai Amaavaasai in Tamil Nadu and Magha, or Darsha or Mauni Amavasya in the North. On this day Hindus, irrespective of their castes went to holy water sources and paid oblations to the departed souls. Millions of Hindus visited holy waters from Ganga river in the Himalayas to Ocean in Kanyakumari and did worship their forefathers. Places like Prayag in Uttar Pradesh, Rameswaram and Kanyakumari in the South saw thousands of Hindu devotees from the early morning. Orthodox Hindus pay oblations on every new moon day, i.e the Amaavasyaa day, but others pay such tributes twice a yer on Aadi Amaavaasyai and Thai Amaavaasyai. It is called Pitru Tarpaan.

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Thursday took a holy dip in the Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna and mythical Saraswati rivers, in Uttar Pradesh’s Allahabad on Mauni Amavasya and performed puja.
Priyanka also paid obeisance at the famous Mankameshwar Temple in the town. It is believed that the wishes of a person are fulfilled by paying obeisance at the temple. Congress president Sonia Gandhi had also visited the temple back in 2001.

A petrol pump owner here has put up an interesting offer for his customers — if their children can recite 20 couplets, 1 litre petrol will be given free; 10 couplets and get half a litre free.
The idea, a brainchild of K Sengukuttuvan, MD of Valluvar Education Institutions and Valluvar Group of Companies in Karur, intends to motivate children to learn and understand the importance of Thirukkural. It has found a solid response among parents as they have been enthusiastically motivating their children to learn the couplets.

The fuel is being given at the Valluvar Agencies’ fuel station at Malaikovilur near Aravakurichi. Speaking to Express, Sengukuttuvan explains why he started this offer. “Thirukkural is a treasure-chest filled with knowledge. We kick-started the initiative about a month ago, on Thiruvalluvar Day (January 15), as in the recent times, there has been a drastic decrease of interest among children to read and learn the couplets. This needs to change.
“Till now, around 50 children have recited and received free fuel for their parents’ vehicles. The scheme is on till April 30,” says Sengukuttuvan.

Temple tourism mooted in Krishna district
To revive the tourism sector, the Andhra Pradesh State government has been exploring all possibilities to promote temple tourism in Krishna district. An action plan in this regard is being drafted by officials of endowments and tourism departments and the same will be sent to the government for its approval.
Official sources said that Kanaka Durga temple and Sri Lakshmi Tirupatamma temple, Penuganchiprolu are the two major temples in the district. On an average, around 40,000 devotees visit Kanaka Durga temple atop Indrakeeladri, while 15,000 devotees visit Penuganchiprolu daily.
Devotees, who throng Indrakeeladri, also visit the Bhavani Island situated on River Krishna. Keeping this in view, the endowments department has drafted a master plan to attract the devotees to other temples in the district. A team of officials conducted a detailed study to explore the potential of temple tourism in the district.
The officials have identified that apart from Kanaka Durga temple and Sri Lakshmi Tirupatamma temple, footfall of the devotees is also high at Sri Subramanyeswara Swamy temple in Mopidevi, Sri Venugopala Swamy temple in Nemali, Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Tirumalagiri, Sri Yogananda Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in Vedadri and Sri Valli Devasena Sametha Subramanyeswara Swamy temple in Singarayipalem. Besides, the devotees also throng temples at Mangalagiri, Pedda Kakani, Amaravati, Tenali and Vykuntapuram.
The officials have readied an action plan combining both temples and tourist spots under the temple tourism concept.
Recently, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has directed the endowments and tourism departments to revive the temple tourism concept.
Two days after the brutal murder of Bajrang Dal activist Rinku Sharma in Delhi, the Delhi Police on Saturday decided to transfer the Mangolpuri murder case to the crime branch. Till now, Mangolpuri police officials were investigating the Rinku Sharma murder case.
It is pertinent to note that soon after the murder, the Delhi Police had said that there was no ‘communal angle‘ to the murder even though the family had said that Rinku Sharma was murdered by Islamists because he chanted Jai Shree Ram and was collecting funds for Ram Mandir. The Rinku Sharma murder case has been transferred to the Crime Branch after questions were raised regarding the investigation by the Delhi Police and their initial assessment of the case.
Family of Rinku Sharma, 25, says his alleged killers are troublemakers who have ‘problems with everyone’. VHP alleges a communal motive to the murder, but Delhi Police says no communal motive.
Described by family members and neighbours as a devout Hindu who greeted everyone with “Jai Shri Ram”, Sharma was an active participant in the fund-collection drive for the Ram temple being built in Ayodhya.
The five men arrested for allegedly murdering him live in the same area, at a stone’s throw from Sharma’s house. They have been identified as Zahid (26), Mehtaab (20), Nashruddin (36), Islam (45) and Tazuddin (36), who belong to the same family.
The fact that all five are Muslim has led the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP), which has been conducting the fund collection drive, and its youth wing Bajrang Dal, to start a campaign projecting Sharma as a victim of communal motives, and Mangolpuri as a hub of “Islamic jihadists”.
But Delhi Police have disputed the claim, saying the motive of the crime was a business rivalry as the accused and the victim both owned eateries in the same area.
Sharma’s mother Radha Devi denied her son had any food business, but dismissed the communal angle too.

கோவிலுக்கு அருகே உள்ள சமுத்திரம் அக்னி தீர்த்தமாகும். சீதை தனது கற்பை நிரூபிப்பதற்காக அக்னி ப்ரவேசம் செய்யவே, அவளது கற்பின் சூடு தாங்க முடியாமல், அக்னி இந்தக் கடலில் மூழ்கி தனது வெப்பத்தைத் தணித்துக் கொண்டதோடு, அக்னியிலிருந்து சீதையை வெளிப்படுத்தி, உலகிற்கு சீதா தேவியின் தூய்மையையும் நிரூபித்தார். இந்த அக்னி தீர்த்தத்தில் பித்ரு கடன்களைச் செய்வது காலம் காலமாக இருந்து வரும் மரபாக விளங்குகிறது. குழந்தை பாக்கியம் இல்லாதவர்கள் இங்கு வந்து நீராடி வழிபாடு செய்தால் புத்திர பாக்கியம் ஏற்படும் என்பது அனுபவபூர்வமான உண்மையாகும். ‘ஆ ஸேது ஹிமாசலம்’ என்ற பழம் பெரும் மொழியால் சேது முதல் இமயம் வரை பாரத நாடு ஒரே நாடு என்ற உண்மை வலுப்பட்டு, ஒற்றுமை ஓங்குகிறது. இங்கிருந்து மணலை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு காசி சென்று கங்கையில் கரைத்து விட்டு அங்கிருந்து கங்கை நீரைக் கொண்டு வந்து இராமநாதருக்கு அபிஷேகம் செய்து வருவது தொன்று தொட்டு நடந்து வரும் பாரம்பரியப் பழக்கமாகும். சிறிய தீவான இராமேஸ்வரம் சங்கு வடிவத்தில் அமைந்துள்ள ஒரு தீவு.

இது தவிர கந்தமாதன பர்வதம் அருகே 8 தீர்த்தங்களும் திருப்புல்லாணி, தங்கச்சிமடம், தேவிபட்டினம், தனுஷ்கோடி ஆகிய இடங்களிலும் பல தீர்த்தங்கள் உள்ளன. தனுஷ்கோடி, ராமேஸ்வரத்திற்கு தென்புறம் 17 கிலோமீட்டர் தூரத்தில் உள்ளது. இங்கு முதலில் நீராடுவது மரபாகும். திருஞானசம்பந்தர் இரு பதிகங்களையும் திருநாவுக்கரசர் ஒரு பதிகத்தையும் இந்தத் தலத்தில் பாடி அருளியுள்ளனர். அருணகிரிநாதர் இரு திருப்புகழ் பாடல்களை இத்தலத்தில் பாடி அருளியுள்ளார்.
காலம் காலமாக கோடானு கோடி பக்தர்கள் வழிபடும் இராமநாதரும் பர்வதவர்த்தனி தேவியும் அனைவருக்கும் சர்வ மங்களத்தைத் தர ஞானமயம் சார்பில் பிரார்த்திகிறோம். அப்பர் அருள்வாக்கு : “ஆர் வலம் நம்மின் மிக்கார் என்ற, அவ் அரக்கர் கூடிப் போர் வலம் செய்து மிக்குப் பொருதவர் தம்மை, வீட்டித், தேர் வலம் செற்ற மால் செய் திரு இராமேச்சுரத்தைச் சேர் மட நெஞ்சமே, நீ செஞ்சடை எந்தை பாலே”

நல்ல சுவாசத்தைக் கொள்ள பிராணாயாமம் உதவுகிறது; என்றாலும் இதை யோகா மாஸ்டரிடமிருந்தே கற்க வேண்டும்- பக்க விளைவுகள் ஏற்படாமல் இருக்க!
ஒரு எளிய முறை மூச்சை நன்கு உள்ளே இழுப்பதாகும். பிறகு நீண்ட ‘ஓம்’ என்ற ஒலியை எழுப்பினால் வெளி விடும் மூச்சு தானாகவே நீண்டு விடும்.
நாசியில் உள்ள இடது மற்றும் வலது துவாரங்கள் வழியே சுவாசிக்கும் முறை சிறந்தது என்றாலும் இதை யோகா மாஸ்டரிடமே கற்றுக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
இந்த வேக யுகத்தில் அனைவரும் வேக வேகமாக சுவாசிக்கிறோம். லயத்துடன் இல்லாமல் மனம் போன போக்கில் சுவாசிக்கிறோம். அத்துடன் வாகனப் புகையால் மாசுபடுத்தப்பட்ட சாலைகள் வழியே சென்று புகைக் காற்றை – சுவாசத்தை – உள்ளிழுக்கிறோம்.
அன்றாடம் காலை நேரத்தில் நல்ல தூய காற்று இருக்கும் பூங்காங்கள், சோலகள், கடற்கரை என முடிந்த மட்டில் நமது இயற்கை சூழ்நிலைகளை அனுசரித்து நல்ல சுவாசத்தை அனுபவிக்க வேண்டும்.
இந்த சுத்தமான காற்று உள்ள சூழ்நிலையில் 30 நிமிடம் அன்றாடம் நடைப் பயிற்சி மேற்கொண்டால் அது இன்னும் சிறப்பாக அமையும்.
நடைப்பயிற்சியின் பலன்களும் நமக்குச் சேரும்.
உடல் வெப்பத்தைத் தவிர்க்க உதவும் உணவு வகைகளைப் பற்றியும் சற்று தெரிந்து கொள்வது நல்லது.
கோடை காலம் ஆரம்பிக்க இருப்பதால் ஆயுர்வேதம் கூறுவது போல வெப்பத்தை அதிகரிக்கும் உணவு வகைகளைத் தவிர்க்க வேண்டும். இது பித்தம் கூடுவதைத் தடுக்கும்.
உடலில் நீர்ச்சக்தியை அதிகரிப்பதே நமது நோக்கம் என்பதால் கீரை வகைகளை அதிகமாகச் சேர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
வெள்ளரிக்காய், வாடர்மெலான், ஆரஞ்சுப் பழம், கரும்பு, திராக்ஷை ஆகியவற்றை உண்ணலாம்.
மாங்காய் உமிழ் நீர் சுரப்பதை அதிகமாக்கி தாகம் ஏற்படுவதைக் கட்டுப்படுத்துகிறது.
நல்ல மாம்பழமும் உருளைக் கிழங்கும் சக்தி இழப்பை ஈடு செய்கிறது.
வெட்டிவேரை நீரில் போட்டு அந்த நீரைக் குடிப்பது குளுமையைத் தரும்.
ராகி, தேங்காய், வெங்காயம், மோர், இளநீர் ஆகியவை உடலுக்கு நல்லது.
தவிர்க்க வேண்டியவை :
பப்பாளிப் பழம், அதிக அளவிலான ஊறுகாய்கள், மிளகாய் சேர்ந்த கார உணவுகள், அமிலத்தை உருவாக்கும் உணவு வகைகள் ஆகியவை தவிர்க்கப் பட வேண்டும்.
விடமின்கள் பற்றிய அறிவும் நமது உடலைப் பாதுகாப்பதில் மிகப் பெரும் பங்கு வகிக்கிறது.
விடமின் ஏ : கண்பார்வைக்குத் தேவையானது விடமின் A. வண்ணங்களை அறியவும், இரவுப் பார்வைக்கும் இது தேவை.
விடமின் பி (B) : இது ஒரு பெரிய தொகுதி. இதில் ஏராளமான வகைகள் உள்ளன. ஒவ்வொரு அங்கத்திற்கும் ஆக்ஸிஜனை ஏந்திச் செல்லும் ரத்த செல்களுக்கு இது உதவுகிறது.
விடமின் சி (C) : நோய்வாய்ப்படுவதையும் காயம்பட்டால் ரத்த வெளிப்போக்கையும் தடுக்க உதவுவது விடமின் சி.
விடமின் டி (D) :வலுவான எலும்புகள், உறுதியான பற்கள் தேவை என்றால் விடமின் டியை உணவு வகைகளில் சேர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். இதற்குத் தேவையான கால்சியம் உடலில் சேர்வதை இது உறுதிப் படுத்துகிறது.
விடமின் இ (E) கண் மற்றும் உடல் திசுக்கள் வலிமையுடன் இருக்க விடமின் இ உதவுகிறது. தோல் பளபளத்து மினுமினுக்க விடமின் இ தேவை.
விடமின் கே (K) இது ரத்தம் உறைவதைத் தடுக்கிறது. ரத்தக் கட்டிகள் ஏற்படுவது இதனால் தடுக்கப்படுகிறது. பால் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பொருள்களும், கீரையும் விடமின் கே உடலில் சேர்வதற்குத் தேவை.

Number symbolism is found throughout Vedic hymns. Hymn 114 of Tenth Mandala also has lot of numbers in it and the Vedic “scholars” found it very difficult to translate it or interpret it. Many of the translators differ from traditional commentator Sayana. I read more in this hymn/ poem from another angle. First let us look at the numbers in the Ten Mantras in the hymn RV 10-114 Here is Ralph T H Griffith’s translation who is very honest and admits that he is unable to understand hundreds of mantras in the Rig Veda. Others such as Max Muller, Dr Muir, Wilson and Ludwig give their own views. Like no two clocks agree they don’t agree with each other. Later day Tamil siddhas also followed this style and gave just numbers in their verses. At the end of this article I give two examples from Siva Vakkiyar and Tirumazisai Alvar where they repeat number 8 or 5 umpteen times in their verses they leave it to solve the number puzzle. XXXX
RV 10-114 The Rig Veda/Mandala 10/Hymn 114 Translated by Ralph T.H. Griffith
Two perfect springs of heat pervade the Three fold, and come for their delight is Matarisvan. Craving the milk of heaven the Gods are present: well do they know the praise song and the Saman.
The priests beard far away, as they are ordered, serve the three Nirrtis, for well they know them. Sages have traced the cause that first produced them, dwelling in distant and mysterious chambers.
The Youthful One, well-shaped, with four locks braided, brightened with oil, puts on the ordinances. Two Birds of mighty power are seated near her, there where the Deities receive their portion.
One of these Birds hath passed into the sea of air: thence he looks round and views this universal world. With simple heart I have beheld him from anear: his Mother kisses him and he returns her kiss.
Him with fair wings though only One in nature, wise singers shape, with songs, in many figures. While they at sacrifices fix the metres, they measure out twelve chalices of Soma.
While they arrange the four and six-and-thirty, and duly order, up to twelve, the measures, Having disposed the sacrifice thoughtful sages send the Car forward with the Rc and Saman.
The Chariot’s majesties are fourteen others: seven sages lead it onward with their Voices. Who will declare to us the ford Apnana, the path whereby they drink first draughts of Soma?
The fifteen lauds are in a thousand places that is as vast as heaven and earth in measure. A thousand spots contain the mighty thousand. Vak spreadeth forth as far as Prayer extendeth.
What sage hath learned the metres’ application? Who hath gained Vak, the spirit’s aim and object? Which ministering priest is called eighth Hero? Who then hath tracked the two Bay Steeds of Indra?
Yoked to his chariot-pole there stood the Coursers: they only travel round earth’s farthest limits. These, when their driver in his home is settled, receive the allotted meed of their exertion.

MY COMMENTS
1.In Mantra 8, Griffith talks about 15 types of prayers/lauds. Sayana talks about Indriyas/ sense organs.
2.In Mantra 3, we come across Two Birds; In another Upanishad mantra two bird sitting and one eats the berries- is interpreted as Paramatma and Jeevatma; Kanchi Paramacharya (1894-1994) says it was taken by the Christians and given in Adam and Eve (Atma and Jeeve atma) story
3.in Mantra 9, we come across 8th hero. Some describe it as Agni. Others differ. 4.In Mantra 8 , three times 1000 is repeated. Translators struggle to explain it. 5.Mantras 5, 6, 7 also have many numbers 6.Mantra three is very interesting Four Braided Woman is described as Vedic altar with four sides! 7.In Mantra we have Three Nirritis, who are usually associated with Death 8.Mantra two probably talks about the Big Bang and the expanding Univers whe they say “Sages have traced the cause that first produced them, dwelling in distant and mysterious chambers.” 9.Mantra 10 also stress this cosmological point when they say “Yoked to his chariot-pole there stood the Coursers: they only travel round earth’s farthest limits” 10.Mantra seven describe a place called Apnana (water ford?) which is rare. 11.Mantra 4 talks about one bird goes into the sea and looks around which reminds us of the bird that sailors use to fined out whether they are near shore/land. This bird is in Indus boat seal and Alvar song. 12.Mantra 4 has a beautiful expression “his Mother kisses him and he returns her kiss.” This hymn is addressed to Visvedevas, but stress One God is seen as many/1000 Very interesting Hymn, but not translated correctly by the “scholars” XXXX Translators’ views Mantra 1 Springs of heat – Agni and Surya ; Three fold- the universe , sky, firmament and earth; Matariswan – Vayu according to Sayana; Three fold- Agni, Vayu, Surya says Ludwig. Mantra 2 Nirritis -heaven, mid air an earth according to Sayana. Dawn , which by their regular appearance bring men nearer to death . Nirritis are linked to death. Mantra 3 Four braided youth – Vedic altar Two birds – probably Agni and Soma According to Sayana husband and wife Mantra 4 One – Agni as the sun. his mother, perhaps as prof. Ludwig says dawn Mantra 6 Thirty six grahas are chalices or saucers for soma juice and four extra for Atyagniistoma sacrifice. The car = sacrifice. Mantra 7 Majesties- may be mighty priests; The ford Apanana – passage leading to sacrifice Mantra 8 The mighty thousand – meaning is uncertain. Wilson says 1000 places. Dr muir says thousand times 15 Ukthas/ words. According to Sayana every function of the body had its appropriate object. Mantra 9 Eighth hero – Agni XXX EXCEPT TENTH MANTRA, ALL OTHERS HAVE NUMBERS
