Northwick Park Hospital staff and patients in Kenton , Harrow celebrated Diwali on 8^th November 2023. Volunteers from outside also joined them. Hare Krishna temple devotees organised a 45 minute Bhajan and Govardhana Puja. All the participants, irrespective of their faith, showed Aarti to the Gods on the dais. About 120 people participated and received the Prasad.

Hindu staff and patients meet every Wednesday at the Christian Chapel Hall and do Hindu prayers which include Gayatri Mantra, Hanuman Chalisa, Dhanvantri Mantra and Trayambaka Mantra. A brief discussion on Bhagavad Gita will also take place.

Every year Hindu staff assemble to celebrate Pongal, Diwali and other important events. This has been going on for years. I also participated as usual and took pictures.

லண்டனில் ஹாரோ Harrow பகுதியில் நார்த்விக் பார்க் Northwick Park Hospital ஆஸ்பத்திரி உள்ளது; வா ரம் தோறும் அங்குள்ள கிறிஸ்தவ வழிப்பாட்டுக் கூடத்தில்,  இந்துக்களுக்கு புதன் கிழமை  ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது; அரை மணி நேரத்துக்கு ஹனுமான் சாலீஸா, பகவத் கீதை, திரயம்பக மந்திரம், தன்வந்திரி மந்திரம், காயத்ரீ  மந்திரம் சொல்லுவோம். ஆண்டுதோறும் பொங்கல்,  தீபாவளியைக் கொண்டாடுகிறோம்.

 8-11-2023 புதன் கிழமை தீபாவளியை இனிப்புகள் விநியோகித்துக் கொண்டாடினோம் ; வழக்கம்போல ஹனுமான் சாலீசாவுடன் பிரார்த்தனை நிறைவு பெற்றது.அதற்கு முன்னதாக ஹரே கிருஷ்ணா கோவில் பக்தர்கள் மேள, தாள ஹார்மோனிய இசையுடன் முக்கால் மணிநேரத்துக்கு ஹரே ராம, ஹரே கிருஷ்ண பஜனை செய்தனர். இறுதியில் அனைவரையும் ஆடவும் வைத்தனர். கிறிஸ்தவ பக்தர்களும் வந்து ஆரத்தி கட்டினார்கள். வழக்கமாக கோவர்த்தன பூஜை என்ற பெயரில் எல்லோரும் ஆரத்தி காட்டுவது சம்பிரதாயம். சுமார் 120 பக்தர்கள் வரிசையில் நின்று ஆரத்தி காட்டிவிட்டு பிரசாதம் பெற்றுச்  சென்றனர். நானும் வழிபாட்டுடன், புகைப்படங்களையும் எடுத்தேன் . மருத்துவ மனை ஊழியர்கள், தொண்டர்கள், நோயாளிகள், டாக்டர்கள், நர்ஸுகள்  என்று பலரும் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
