Dr V Subramanian (Mani Mama)

Was born in Madras (now Chennai) is from Tanjore but grew up in Calcutta (now Kolkata). Studied in Bengal Engineering College in Calcutta university. Worked in Durgapur, near Calcutta. Then he came to the UK and worked with The British Aluminium Co. (BA). He did a Ph. D in Metallurgy in Swansea University in Wales and rejoined BA. In later years he was the Practice Manager for a 6 Partner GP Practice in Tottenham in London. Then in GP practices in Edgbaston, Birmingham and in Manchester. He is now retired and embarked on writing books.

He is the brother-in-law of Mani, who studied in Jadavpur university in Calcutta. He has wide experience in Marketing and worked in India, and finally for a few decades in Dubai.
