Pigeon: The 8th Guru was the pigeon. Once there lived 2 pigeons and there was a nest with a baby pigeon. The parent pigeons had gone to fetch some food for the children. A hunter came, he put a net over the nest and caught those baby pigeons .Just that moment the parents they came back, the mother and the father. The mother she flew into the net as she didn’t want to be separate from her young ones. Father pigeon realizing that they are all there, he also flew into the net. That is all they all got caught and died. The attachment for worldly relationships can become an obstacle for liberation. So he said I learned not to get too stuck with these worldly relationships because that can become a downfall and obstacle on the path.

PM Modi honoured as ‘Dharma Chakravarti’ at centenary of Jain saint Vidyanand
PM Modi said “I do not consider myself suitable for this. But it is our culture that whatever we receive from saints, we accept it as ‘prasad”.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday was conferred with the title of ‘Dharma Chakravarti’ at the centenary celebrations of Jain saint Acharya Shri 108 Vidyanand Ji Maharaj.
The centenary celebrations mark the formal commencement of a year-long national tribute to the spiritual leader, being organised by the Union Culture Ministry.(PTI)
“On this occasion, you honoured me with the title of ‘Dharma Chakravarti’. I do not consider myself suitable for this. But it is our culture that whatever we receive from saints, we accept it as ‘prasad’. So, I humbly accept this ‘prasad’ and dedicate it to Maa Bharati,” PM Modi said during his speech.
The centenary celebrations mark the formal commencement of a year-long national tribute to the spiritual leader, being organised by the Union Culture Ministry in collaboration with the Bhagwan Mahaveer Ahimsa Bharti Trust, Delhi. Talking about how today’s date is special as Acharya Vidyanand Muniraj received his title on this very day in 1987, which represented a ‘pavitra dhaara’ connecting Jain culture to ideas of restraint and compassion.
“This day is also special because on 28th June 1987, Acharya Vidyanand Muniraj received the title of ‘Acharya’. It wasn’t just an honour but it was also a ‘pavitra dhaara’ connecting the Jain culture to ideas, restraint and compassion,” PM Modi said.
“When we are celebrating his 100th birth anniversary today, it reminds us of that historic moment. On this occasion, I bow to the feet of Acharya Shri Munirajji. I pray that his blessings are with us always. People, these centenary celebrations are not just any normal event. It has the memory of a time period and the remembrance of an ascetic life. Today, to make this moment memorable, postal stamps have been made, for this too, I greet the people,” the Prime Minister added.

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday India is the most ancient living civilisation of the world due to the immortal ideas and philosophies of its saints and seers. Speaking at the centenary celebrations of Jain spiritual figure Acharya Vidyanand Maharaj Ji’s birth anniversary here, PM Modi paid rich tributes to his contribution in different fields and asserted that his ideas have inspired the government’s welfare schemes. Be it providing housing, drinking water or health insurance, the government is ensuring saturation coverage of its welfare measures so that no one is left behind, he said. PM Modi also referred to the preceding speech of a Jain seer, noting that he was apparently blessing Operation Sindoor. The prime minister’s mere mention of “Jo humein chhedega” brought massive cheers from the audience but he did not dwell any further on the issue. PM Modi asserted that India is a country where service and humanity is central to its ethos. “When for ages, efforts were being made to quell violence with violence, then India introduced to the world the power of ‘ahimsa’ (non-violence),” he said. “We have kept the sentiment of serving humanity supreme. Our ethos for serving is unconditional and beyond selfishness, and inspired by ‘parmarth’ (the Supreme Being),” the PM said.

ஜைன துறவி ஆச்சார்ய வித்யானந்த் ஜி மகாராஜின் நூற்றாண்டு விழாவின்போது பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடிக்கு, தர்ம சக்கரவர்த்தி என்ற பட்டம் வழங்கப்பட்டது. இதை பிரசாதம் போல ஏற்றுக் கொள்வதாக பிரதமர் மோடி தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

ஒடிஸாவில் உலகப் புகழ்பெற்ற புரி ஜெகந்நாதா் கோயில் ரத யாத்திரை வெள்ளிக்கிழமை ஜூன் 27 அன்று துவங்கியது புரி நகரம் விழாக்கோலம் பூண்டுள்ளது. பாதுகாப்புப் படையினா் 10,000 பேருடன் பலத்த பாதுகாப்பு ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டன.
மூன்று ரதங்களும் ஒன்பது நாட்களுக்குப்பின்னர் ஜகந்நாதர் கோவிலுக்குத் திரும்பும். ஜகந்நாதர் , பலபத்ரா, சுபத்ரா ஆகிய மூன்று தெய்வங்களுக்கு ஆண்டுதோறும் புதிய ரதங்களை செய்வது இந்த தேரோட் டத்தின் சிறப்பு.

சபரிமலையில் நவக்கிரக பிரதிஷ்டை:ஜூலை 11ம் தேதி நடை திறப்பு
சபரிமலை சன்னிதானத்தில் புதிய நவக்கிரக கோயில் பிரதிஷ்டைக்காக ஜூலை 11- ம் தேதி மாலை நடை திறக்கப்படுகிறது. சபரிமலை மாளிகைபுரம் கோயிலின் இடது புறம் உள்ள நவக்கிரக மண்டபத்தை வேறு இடத்தில் அமைக்க வேண்டும் என்று தேவப்பிரசன்னத்தில் கூறப்பட்டது. இதை தொடர்ந்து புதிய கோயில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதற்கான பிரதிஷ்டை ஜூலை 13- ம் தேதி நடைபெறுகிறது. இதற்காக சபரிமலை நடை 11-ம் தேதி மாலை 5:00 மணிக்கு திறக்கப்படுகிறது. தொடர்ந்து தந்திரி கண்டரரு ராஜீவரரு தலைமையில் சுத்திக்கிரியைகள் நடைபெறும். ஜூலை 12- ம் தேதி பிரதிஷ்டைக்கு முன்னோடியான பூஜைகள் நடைபெறும். 13 -அதிகாலை கணபதி ஹோமம், உஷ பூஜை, மரப்பாணி ஆகிய சடங்குகளுக்கு பின்னர் காலை 11:00 முதல் 12:00 மணிக்குள் நவக்கிரக கோயில் பிரதிஷ்டை நடைபெறும்.அன்று இரவு சபரிமலை நடை அடைக்கப்படும்.அதன் பின் ஜூலை 16- மாலை ஆடி பூஜை களுக்காக நடை திறக்கப்படுகிறது. ஜூலை 11 முதல் 13- வரை சபரிமலையில் தரிசனத்திற்கு ஆன்லைன்முன்பதிவு நேற்று தொடங்கியது.

திருச்செந்தூர் குடமுழுக்கு தமிழில் நடக்கும்: உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளை உத்தரவு!
மதுரை: திருச்செந்தூர் கோயிலில் குடமுழுக்கு விழாவில் அனைத்து நிகழ்வுகளும் தமிழிலேயே நடைபெறும் என அரசு தரப்பு தகவலை அறிக்கையாக தாக்கல் செய்ய உயர் நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டம் ஆழ்வார் திருநகரியைச் சேர்நத வியனரசு என்பவர் உயர் நீதிமன்ற மதுரை அமர்வில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார். அதில், திருச்செந்தூர் கோயில் கும்பாபிஷேகம் ஜூலை 7ல் நடைபெறுகிறது. இந்த கும்பாபிஷேகத்தை தமிழில் நடத்த கூறி அதிகாரிகளிடம் மனு அளித்தேன். இதுவரை பதில் இல்லை. எனவே திருச்செந்தூர் கோயில் கும்பாபிஷேகத்தின் போது யாகசாலை, கருவறை, கோபுர விமான பூஜையில் தமிழ் மொழியில் மந்திரங்கள் ஓதி கும்பாபிஷேகம் நடத்த உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என்று தெரிவித்திருந்தார்.
இந்த மனு நீதிபதிகள் எஸ்.எம்.சுப்பிரமணியம், ஏ.டி.மரிய கிளாட் முன்னிலையில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்த போது யாகசாலையில் மந்திரங்கள் ஓதுவது தொடங்கி, திருமுறை பாடுவது, திருப்புகழ் பாடுவது, 64 ஓதுவார்கள் பூஜை செய்வது ஆகிய நிகழ்வுகள் தமிழ் மொழியில் நடைபெறும் எனக் கூறப்பட்டது.
இதனை அறிக்கையாக தாக்கல் செய்ய உத்தரவிட்ட நீதிபதிகள், இது தொடர்பாக நிலுவையில் உள்ள வழக்குகளோடு சேர்த்து, இந்த வழக்கை பட்டியலிட உத்தரவிட்டு வழக்கை ஒத்திவைத்தார்.

ஆலயம் அறிவோம் தொடரில் இன்று நமது யாத்திரையில் இடம்
பெறுவது மஹராஷ்டிர மாநிலத்தில் சஹ்ய மலைச்சாரலில் கோதாவரி நதி தீரத்தில் த்ரயம்பகேஸ்வரர் எழுந்தருளியுள்ள ஜோதிர்லிங்க சிவ ஸ்தலமாகும். இது நாசிக் நகரிலிருந்து 30 கிலோமீட்டர் தூரத்தில் அமைந்துள்ளது.
12 ஜோதிர்லிங்க ஸ்தலங்களுள் ஒன்றான இத்திருத்தலத்தில் தான் கோதாவரி நதி ஆரம்பமாகிறது.
இங்கு மூன்று புண்ய நதிகளான கோதாவரி, சரஸ்வதி, குசாவர்த்த நதிகள் சங்கமம் ஆகின்றன என்பது ஐதீகம்.
இத்தலத்தைப் பற்றிய புராண வரலாறுகள் உண்டு.
கௌதம முனிவர் இங்குள்ள பிரம்மகிரியில் தனது பத்தினி அகல்யாவுடன் வசித்து வந்தார். அவர் தனது தவத்தால் வருணனை வேண்ட ஒரு குழி தோன்றி அதிலிருந்து நிறைய தானியங்களும் உணவும் கிடைக்க ஆரம்பித்தது. அதிலிருந்து வந்த நீர் வளத்தால் அவரது ஆசிரமம் செழிக்கத் தொடங்கியது. இதைக் கண்டு பொறாமை கொண்ட மற்ற ரிஷிகள் ஒரு பசுவை அவர் ஆசிரமத்திற்குள் அனுப்பினர். அதை தனது தர்ப்பையால் கௌதமர் விரட்டியதுமே அந்த மாயப் பசு உயிர் துறந்தது. அதனால் அவருக்கு பசுவை வதை செய்த தோஷம் ஏற்பட்டதாக அனைத்து ரிஷிகளும் கூறினர். உடனே கங்கையை அங்கு வரச் செய்து தனது தோஷத்தைப் போக்கிக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று எண்ணிய கௌதமர் சிவபிரானை நோக்கித் தொழ ஆரம்பித்தார். கங்கை அங்கு கோதாவரியாக வந்து இறங்கினாள். இங்குள்ள மக்கள் கோதாவரியை கங்கா என்றே கூறுகின்றனர்.
சிவபிரானும் இங்கு த்ரயம்பகராக எழுந்தருளி அருள் பாலிக்க ஆரம்பித்தார்.
பனிரெண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஒரு முறை குரு பகவான் சிம்மராசியில் சஞ்சரிக்கும் போது இங்குள்ள கோடி தீர்த்தத்தில் நீராடினால் சகல பாவங்களும் தீரும் என்பது ஐதீகம். இந்த கும்பமேளா உற்சவத்தில் லட்சக்கணக்கான பக்தர்கள் இங்கு திரளுகின்றனர்.
சிவபிரான் இங்கு எழுந்தருளியுள்ளதைப் பற்றிய இன்னொரு புராண வரலாறும் உண்டு. சிவனின் மூலத்தைக் கண்டுபிடிக்க விரும்பிய பிரம்மாவும் விஷ்ணுவும் அவர் நெடிய தீப்பிழம்புத் தூணாகத் தோன்றவே அவர்களால் அடியையும் முடியையும் காண முடியவில்லை. பிரம்மா தான் முடியைக் கண்டதாகப் பொய் உரைத்தார். இதனால் அவருக்கு பூமியில் ஆலயமே இல்லாமல் போகட்டும் என்ற சாபத்திற்கு உள்ளானார்.
பதிலுக்கு பிரம்மா சிவனை பூமிக்கு அடியில் போகக் கடவது என்று சபிக்கவே அவர் இந்த பிரம்மகிரியில் பூமிக்குக் கீழே த்ரயம்பகேஸ்வரராக பிரம்மகிரியில் இருக்கலானார்.
இங்கு கங்காத்வாரம், பில்வம், கோடி, குசாவர்த்தம், கனகம், இந்திரம், விஸ்வநாத், வராஹம் உள்ளிட்ட பல தீர்த்தங்கள் கோயிலைச் சுற்றி உள்ளன.
குசாவர்த்தம் தீர்த்தம் இங்குள்ள தீர்த்தங்களிலெல்லாம் மிகுந்த புனிதம் வாய்ந்தது என்று கருதப்படுகிறது. இங்கு தான் கௌதம ரிஷி கங்கையை தனது தர்ப்பையால் சுற்றி கீழே வரவழைத்ததாக புராண வரலாறு கூறுகிறது. இந்தக் குளத்தை அப்பாஜி பார்னேகர் 18ம் நூற்றாண்டில் புதுப்பித்தார்
வராஹ தீர்த்தத்தில் வராஹ ரூபத்தில் விஷ்ணு தீர்த்தமாடியதாக வரலாறு கூறுகிறது.
கருங்கல்லால் அமைந்த ஆலயத்தில் கர்பக்ருஹத்தில் ஒரு குழி இருக்கிறது. அங்கு எப்போதும் நீர் சுரந்து கொண்டே இருக்கிறது. நீரின் மேல் சிறிதளவு தெரியும்படி ஒரு சிவலிங்கம் உள்ளது. அந்த லிங்கத்தின் முடியில் உள்ள ஒரு பிளவிலிருந்து இந்த நீர் சுரந்து கொண்டே இருக்கிறது. இந்த லிங்கத்திற்கு மூன்று முகங்கள் உண்டு என்றும் பிரம்ம விஷ்ணு சிவன் ஆகிய மூவரை இந்த முகங்கள் குறிக்கின்றன என்றும் ஐதீகம் கூறுகிறது.
எப்போதும் சிவலிங்கம் ஒரு வெள்ளிக் கவசத்தால் சார்த்தப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. உற்சவ காலங்களில் ஐந்து முகங்கள் கொண்ட தங்கக் கவசத்தால் அலங்கரிக்கப்படுகிறது. ஒவ்வொரு திங்கட்கிழமையும் வெள்ளிக் கவசம் ஒரு பல்லக்கில் வைத்து குசாவர்த்த தீர்த்ததிற்கு கொண்டு சென்று அபிஷேகம் செய்யப்படுகிறது. தங்கக் கவசமானது சிவராத்திரி தினங்களிலும் கார்த்திகை மாத பௌர்ணமி மற்றும் விசேஷ உற்சவ காலங்களிலும் அபிஷேகம் செய்யப்படுகிறது.
இங்குள்ள நந்தி பிரம்மாண்டமானது. எப்போதும் சிவனையே பார்ப்பதாக அமைந்துள்ளது நந்தியின் பக்தியை விளக்குவதாக அமைகிறது.
சந்நிதிக்கு முன்னால் பெரிய ஆமை உருவம் அமைந்துள்ளது.
இங்கு ராமர் தனது வனவாசத்தின் போது சீதை லக்ஷ்மணருடன் தங்கியதாக புராண வரலாறு கூறுகிறது.
இந்தக் கோவிலை 18ம் நூற்றாண்டில் பாலாஜி பாஜி ராவ் புதிப்பித்தார்.
இந்த ஆலயத்தில் பக்தர்கள் கால சர்ப்பதோஷ நிவாரண பூஜை, பித்ரு தோஷ பூஜை, ருத்ராபிஷேக பூஜை உள்ளிட்ட பல பூஜைகளைச் செய்ய கோவில் நிர்வாகம் வசதிகளைச் செய்துள்ளது.
.பிரம்மகிரியில் கோரக்நாதர் தவம் செய்த குகை உள்ளது. அங்கு அவரது திருவுருவம் பிரதிஷ்டை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மௌலானா அபுல்கலாம் ஆஜாதும் அவருக்குப் பின்னால் வந்தோரும் ஹிந்துத்வத்தை அழிக்கவும் இஸ்லாமிய கொடுமைகளை பாடபுத்தகத்திலிருந்து நீக்கவும் செய்தனர் அல்லவா, அவற்றில் இவற்றையும் சேர்க்க வேண்டும்:
வரலாற்றுக்கு மறுப்பு

ஹிந்து ஹீரோக்களை மறைத்தது
கிருஷ்ணதேவராயர், ராணா பிரதாப், சிவாஜி, லச்சித் போர்புகான் ஆகியோர் இஸ்லாமிய ஆட்சியை எதிர்த்த வீரர்களாவர்.முகலாய அரசர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த முக்கியத்துவத்தை இவர்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கவில்லை. இது வேண்டுமென்றே செய்யப்பட்டது. ஹிந்துக்கள் தங்கள் கடந்த காலத்தை பாதுகாக்க முயன்றதைச் சித்தரிக்காமல் தோல்வியான ஒன்றாகப் பார்க்கும்படியும் நினைக்கும்படியும் இது சித்தரிக்கப்பட்டது.
சனாதன தர்மத்தை இழிவுபடுத்தல்
ஹிந்து மதம் மற்றும் பண்பாடானது பிற்போக்கானது என்று கல்வித் துறை அமைப்பு சித்தரித்தது. அதனுடைய ஆழ்ந்த தத்துவங்களை ஒதுக்கி விட்டு ஜாதி, மூடநம்பிக்கை ஆகியவற்றைப் பெரிதாகக் காட்டியது.
இஸ்லாமியப் பண்பாட்டின் ஆக்கபூர்வமான சித்தரிப்புக்கு முன்னர் இது ஒரு தாழ்வு மனப்பான்மையை ஹிந்துக்களிடையே தோற்றுவித்தது.
கல்வி அமைப்பைக் கட்டுக்குள் கொண்டு வருதல்
குறிப்பாக, மௌலானா அபுல் கலாம் ஆஜாத் NCERT , இந்திய பண்பாடு மற்றும் சரித்திர ஆய்வு ஆகிய நிறுவனங்களில் உள்ள ஹிந்து விரோதப் போக்கு கொண்டவர்களுடன் கூட்டாக இணைந்த வரலாற்று ஆசிரியர்கள் பணிபுரிந்த மத்திய பல்கலைக்கழகங்களையும் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களையும் ஒருங்கு கூட்டினார்.
