Yama is God of Death in Hinduism; in other cultures, people may be even scared of talking about death. But millions of Hindu Brahmins worship him three times every day. They say a Mantra facing south in the dawn, mid day and evening before sunset.  Greatest Tamil Poet Tiru Valluvar also says South is the Direction of dead people.
