இந்த பூமியில் ஒவ்வொன்றும் உயிரினங்களாலேயே பராமரிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்த பூமிக்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட கிரகங்களை யார் பராமரித்து வருகிறார்? இதுவே கடவுள் இருக்கிறார் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரம்.
எந்த ஒரு விஞ்ஞானியாலாவது பழங்களை உருவாக்கும் மரங்களையும் காய்கறிகளையும் உருவாக்க முடியுமா? இதுவே கடவுள் இருக்கிறார் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரம்.
பசுவானது நீரையும் புல்லையும் உண்கிறது. அதைப் பாலாகத் தருகிறது. எந்த ஒரு விஞ்ஞானியாலாவது இதைச் செய்ய முடியுமா? இதுவே கடவுள் இருக்கிறார் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரம்.
சூரியன் ஒரு நிமிடத்தில் உருவாக்கும் வெப்பத்தை உருவாக்க 4000 லட்சம் அணு ஆயுதங்களாலேயே முடியும், இப்படி 1500 கோடி ஆண்டுகளாக சூரியன் வெப்பத்தை உருவாக்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறான் என்று விஞ்ஞானிகள் கூறுகின்றனர். விஞ்ஞானிகள் இதே போல் ஒரே ஒரு வினாடி மட்டும் வெப்பத்தை உருவாக்கிக் காண்பிக்க முடியுமா? இதுவே கடவுள் இருக்கிறார் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரம்.
சூரியன் நேரத்திற்கு உதிக்கிறான், நேரத்திற்கு அஸ்தமிக்கிறான். பருவங்கள் வருகின்றன, உரிய காலத்தில் போகின்றன, மாறுகின்றன. இது என்ன தற்செயல் நிகழ்வா? இதுவே கடவுள் இருக்கிறார் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரம்.
மனிதன் உட்பட, பலகோடி ஜீவராசிகளின் கால்கள் நூறு சதவிகிதம் ஒரே மாதிரியாக ஒரே அளவுடன் தான் இருக்கின்றன. இது என்ன தற்செயல் நிகழ்வா? இதுவே கடவுள் இருக்கிறார் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரம்.

ஒரு கழுதை ஏன் மனிதன் போல சிந்திப்பதில்லை? ஒரு மனிதன் ஏன் கழுதை போல சிந்திப்பதில்லை? இதுவே கடவுள் இருக்கிறார் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரம்.

Show me God, only then will I believe? Most of us can’t even meet the President of a small country on this insignificant planet. So how can we meet the President of millions of universes? God is not our servant who will come in front of us whenever we desire it. If we want to see Him, then we have to accept His terms. Have you seen Japan? No! But you still believe there is a country called Japan, even though you have not seen it. You are willing to accept the authority of world maps created by people and also the words of people who have seen Japan. Why not accept the authority of the eternal Vedic scriptures which state that Lord Krishna is the Supreme person, who has appeared more than 18,000 times in His original form (same body) and each time proving He is the Supreme person. Why not accept the authority of millions of Vedic followers who have seen Lord Krishna?
What is the evidence for God?
The scientists and atheists say there is no God:
Can any scientist create life? Every second God is creating trillions of living beings in various forms. This is evidence of God
Everything on this planet is maintained by living beings, so who is maintaining everything beyond this planet? This is evidence of God
Can any scientist create trees that produce fruits and vegetables? This is evidence of God
The cow takes water and grass and turns it into milk. Can any scientist do this? This is evidence of God
According to the scientists, it would take over 400 billion nuclear weapons to produce the same amount of heat that the sun produces in just 1 second, and the sun has been doing this for at least 15 billion years according to the scientists themselves. Can the scientists replicate the sun, even for 1 second? This is evidence of God
The sun always rises and sets on time, and the seasons come and go on time. Is this by chance? This is evidence of God
The legs of trillions of living beings, including humans are 100% of the same length. Is this by chance? This is evidence of God
Why is there a variety of living beings? Can a manufacturing company produce anything without the input from a person? This is evidence of God

No. It’s Krishna (God) who is present in every atom who combines the atoms to form specific molecules .

HINDU LEGENDS IN GREECE (Post No.9218)
The India We have Lost by Paramesh Choudhury (editor), 1997, New Delhi is an exceptionally good collection of all old articles about India and the World. 200 years ago lot of people have pointed out that India was the Guru of the world in many fields.
I have written many articles showing the connection between India and Greece. I have touched some aspects which were not dealt by anyone else. The connection between Sanskrit and Greek is known to the Western world for the past 250 years. But no one has shown a concrete proof that Tamil also has a link with Greek language. I have listed scores of such words in my 100+ linguistics articles.
Now I am just showing what is available in the above book without going into much details. Londoners are lucky that they can get the book from University of London (SOAS) .

INDIA AND EGYPT
This is an article based on Lt.Col.Wilford. He wrote in 1792 (Asiatic Researches Vol.III, 1792). He showed that the ancient Indians colonised the countries on the border of the Nile.
Striking similarity is found between several Hindu legends and numerous passages in Greek authors concerning the Nile and the countries on its border .
Hindus have preserved the religious fables of Egypt….. since Ptolemy acknowledges himself indebted for information to many learned Indians whom he had seen at Alexandria.
Hindus discovered Nile (Nila is Blue in Sanskrit)
Speke , the discoverer of the source of Nile has his debt to Lt.Col. Wilford whose description of Egypt as Sancha Dwipa and the source of Nile paved his way to destination.
Wilford described Egypt as the SANCHA DWIPA or the Island of Shells. The sea around Egypt is full of shells of extraordinary size and beauty.
Strabo says that the natives wore sea shells as ornaments and amulets.
Another interpretation was that the natives lived in caves which looked like sea shells.
My Interpretation
After reading his article I looked at the map of Africa. The whole continent itself looks like a Conch, i.e. the Shanka. Probably this shape only gave description.

Narasimha Avatar- Man- Lion Incarnation of Vishnu
Greek hero Hercules did lot of adventures like Lord Krishna. Hercules is actually Hari Kula Esa, according to several scholars.
The Twelve labours of Hercules have all the Leelas of Krishna or Vishnu. The characters are same but the stories take different turns.
One of the adventures of Hercules, was killing a lion called Namean lion. This is compared to Narasimha of Vishnu’s avatars. But in Narasimha Avatara story, Vishnu came as Man lion and killed the demon. There is astronomical interpretation as well. Leo is simha -rasi Some astronomical events are described here according to them.
Since Greeks stole the story of Sarama dog from the Rig Veda and changed it to Hermes, there is no wonder the stole Krishna’s stories and changed as well. Krishna is dated from 3150 BCE, where as Hercules is dated only from Sixth Centuy BCE.
Wilford compares many constellations with many religious events.

Mecca , a Hindu Shrine
According to Lt.Francis Wilford (Asiatic Journal, 1799), Mecca originally meant Mockshasthan (old spelling for Moksha- liberation) ,ie. The place which confers renunciation from all worldly attachments. Pliny calls it Maco Raba or Moca, the Great (Maha in Sanskrit) or illustrious.
This was the great place of pilgrimage for the Hindus. Wilford affirms that he came across Hindu pilgrims visiting Mecca even at the end of 18th century.
(Guru Nanak and Tamil Chera King of eighth century CE visited Mecca, because it was originally a Hindu pilgrim centre.)
Wilford also emphasises the fact that Hindus colonised Arabia and the adjacent areas and Nineveh of Sumerians was a great holy place for the Hindus. Puranas describes the place. He also says that Goddess worship was imported to Mesopotamia from India and all the names of Goddesses are in Sanskrit.
In the Skanda Purana and Visva Sara Prakasa, we find legends similar to the origin of SEMIRAMIS, the Syrian dove, Ninus and the building of Nineveh, Heirapolis and Mecca.

India colonised Greece
Francis Wilford who wrote an article in 1801 in Asiatic Researches, opines that the rites and ceremonies, travelled from more ancient (India) to the modern one (Greece). Pococke in his book (India in Greece) has deduced mainly from the study of place names that Greece was colonised and civilised by the Indians.
There are striking similarities between the Greeks and the Hindus regarding religious beliefs- philosophical thoughts , language, arts and sculpture. Sir William Jones has pointed out that it is impossible to read Vedanta or the many fond composition in illustration of it without believing that Pythagoras and Plato derived their sublime theories from the same fountain with Indian sages.
Mr Colebrook, the great Orientalist, remarks boldly that a greater degree of similarity exists between the Indian doctrines and that of the earlier than the later Greeks. He concludes that Greek Philosophy between Pythagoras and Plato was indebted to Indian thought. He compared Greek Logos and Vac in the Rig Veda.

திருக்குறளின் முதல் பாட்டில் அகரம், உலகம், ஆதி பகவன் என்ற ஸம்ஸ்க்ருதச் சொற்கள் இருப்பதிலும் கடைசி பாட்டில் (1330) காமம் என்ற ஸம்ஸ்க்ருதச் சொல் இருப்பதிலும் வியப்பொன்றுமில்லை. அவர் மாபெரும் சம்ஸ்க்ருத அறிஞர் என்பதை முந்தைய கட்டுரைகளில் எழுதியுள்ளேன். டாக்டர் இரா. நாகசாமி, ஜி.யூ போப் ராமச்சந்திர அய்யர் முதலிய பலரும் அதை எடுத்துக் காட்டியுள்ளனர்.
‘கர’ என்பதை எழுத்தில் சேர்க்கும் 2700 ஆண்டு பழமையான சூத்திரம் 3-3-18 ஆகும். எந்தச் சிறுவன் சம்ஸ்க்ருதம் கற்கச் சென்றாலும் முதலில் கற்பிப்பது
சப்தம் (Sabda Manjari) என்னும் வேற்றுமை உருபு வாய்ப்பாடு ஆகும். முதல் வகுப்பில் வாத்தியார் ‘அ-காரந்தப் புல்லிங்கஹ ராம சப்தஹ’ என்று ஆரம்பிப்பார். நாங்கள் அதைத் திருப்பிச் சொல்வோம். வாழ்நாள் முழுதும் அது மறக்காது. எல்லா எழுத்துக்களையும் சொல்ல வருகையில் எ-கர , உ- கர என்றெல்லாம் இன்றும் தமிழ் இலக்கண நூல்களில் காண்கிறோம் .
பக்கா பிராமணன் ஆகிய தொல்காப்பியன் பெயர் ‘த்ருண தூமாக்கினி’ என்று ‘உச்சி மேற்புலவர் கொள் நச்சினார்க்கினியார்’ புகல்வார் . அவர் பகர்ந்ததை மேலும் பல அறிஞர்கள் ஒப்புக்கொண்டு அவர் ரிக்வேதமும் கண்ணனின் பகவத் கீதையும் புகழும் காப்பியக் குடியைச் சேர்ந்தவர் என்றும் காட்டியுள்ளனர். பக்கா பிராமணன் ஆகிய தொல் . முதல் சூத்திரத்திலேயே அ-கர , ன-கர என்றெல்லாம் பாடி விடுகிறார்.

பெரிய புராணத்தில் உள்ள ஆனாய நாயனார் இசை எனும் வலையில் பிராணிகளை சிக்க வைத்ததால் அப்பெயர் போலும்! .ஆநாயர் என்பவர் இடையர் என்பதால் பசுக்களை மேய்த்த குலத்தவர் என்றும் பொருள்படும். இந்தப் பெயர் வேறு எங்கும் வந்தில . பசுக்களை நய /நேய (வழி நடத்தல்) வைத்தவர் என்று கொண்டாலும் அதுவும் ஸம்ஸ்கிருதமே.

சூரிய மண்டலத்தின் சிவன் உறைந்திருப்பதாக சிவ ஆகமங்கள் கூறுகின்றன. அஷ்ட மூர்த்தங்களில் ஒன்றாகவும், வலது கண்ணாகவும் இருக்கிறார். “சிவ சூரியன்” என்றும் போற்றப்படுகிறார். ராவண ஹதத்திற்கு முக்கியமாக பாது காப்பு கவசமாக இருந்தது அகஸ்திய முனிவர் உபதேசம் செய்த ஆதித்ய ஹ்ருதயமே !!! ஸ்ரீ மகா விஷ்ணு போல சூரியனுக்கும் சங்கு சக்கரம் உண்டு. ஆகவே “சூரிய நாராயணன்” என போற்றப் படுகிறார் என வைணவ ஆகமங்கள் கூறுகின்றன. சூரிய பகவான் தினமும் ஒருசக்கர வாகனத்தில் 7குதிரைகள் பூட்டிய வாகனத்தில் பவனி வருகிறார். அந்த குதிரைகளின் பெயர்களாவன – காயத்ரி, ப்ருகதி, உஷ்ணிக்,ஜகதி,திரஷ்டுப்,அனுஷ்டுப், பங்கதி எனப்படும். அதை ஓட்டுபவர் பெயர் அருணன்.அவருக்கு கால்கள் கிடையாது. இதையே விஞ்ஞான வல்லுனர்கள் நிற மாலை என்றும் வயலட், இண்டிகோ, புளு,கிரீன், எல்லோ,ஆரஞ்சு, ரெட் என 7 நிறங்களாக இருக்கன்றன, எனநிரூபித்திருக்கிறார்கள். இதை ஏழு நாட்கள் என்றும் கூறுவர்.
உயிர் கொடுக்கும் சூரியனை தினமும் எல்லோரும் மூன்று முறை வணங்க வேண்டும். இதற்கு“ ஸந்தியா வந்தனம்” எனப்பெயர்.. அனைத்து ஜாதி மக்களுக்கும்இது உண்டு. காலக் கொடுமையினால் ஒரு சிலரைத்தவிர யாரும் இதை செய்வதில்லை.இதில் சூரியனை துதிக்கும் மிக முக்கிய “காயத்ரி” மந்திரமான இது உலகத்திலுள்ள எல்லா மந்திரங்களில் உயர்ந்தது.காலையில் காயத்ரியாகவும், மதியத்தில் சாவித்ரியாகவும் , மாலையில் சரஸ்வதியாகவும் வணங்கப்படுகிறாள். காயத்ரி மந்திரத்தின் தமிழாக்கம் பாரதி புனைந்தது.

தெற்கு இங்கிலாந்தில் ஸ்டோன் ஹென்ஞ் என்ற கல் அடுக்கினை சூரியனின் கோவில். என்றே கருதுகிறார்கள். பாரசீகத்தில் அவஸ்தா என்னும் மத நூலில் சூரியன் “மித்ரன்”என போற்றப்படுகிறான்.

சூரியனை வழிபடும் முறைக்கு”சௌரம்”எனப்படும். சூரியன் ஒவ்வொரு ராசிக்கும் இடப்பெயற்சி செய்வதையே மாதப்பிறப்பு எனகிறோம். தை மாதம் தெற்கிலிருந்து வடக்கு நோக்கி பயணிக்கிறார் .அந்தக்காலத்தை உத்தராயணம் என்கிறோம். ஆடி மாதம் முதல் தெற்கு பயணிக்கும் காலத்திற்கு தட்சிணாயணம் என்கிறோம்.
நமது நாட்டில் சூரிய பகவான் வழிபாடு மிக சிறப்பு மிக்கது்.மகர ராசியில் சூரியன் நுழையும் முதல் நாளை மகர சங்கராந்தி என்றும், தை பொங்கல் என்றும்,சூரியனுக்கு நன்றி சொல்லும் நாளாக மிக விமரிசையாக கொண்டாகிறோம்.உழவுக்கு உதவி செய்த மாட்டிற்கும் நன்றி சொல்லும் வகையில் மாட்டுப் பொங்கலும் கொண்டாடுகிறோம். இந்தியாவிலுள்ள ஒவ்வொரு மாநிலமும் இதே பொங்கலை வெவ்வேறு பெயரிட்டு சூரியனை வணங்குகிறார்கள்
ரத சப்தமி
தை அமாவாசைப்பிறகு வரும் நாளே ரத சப்தமி….. இன்று தான் சூரியனின் பிறந்த நாள்!!! சூரியன தனது தேரை வடகிழக்காக திருப்பும்நாள். அன்று ஆண்கள் தலையிலும் பெண்கள் தோளிலும் எருக்க இலையையும், சிறிது அரிசியையும் வைத்துக் குளிப்பார்கள் தங்கள் பாவங்களை போக்கிக்கொள்ள……
ஆடி பெருக்கு சூரியன் தெற்கு நோக்கி பயணிக்கும் அதாவது தட்சிணாயண புண்ய காலம் ஆரம்பம் . ஆடி 18 ம் நாள், மழை பெய்து வெள்ளம் பெருக்கோடும் நாள். பல வித உணவு வகைகளை மக்கள் நதிக் கரையோரம் உண்டு மகிழ்வார்கள். “ஆடிப்பட்டம் தேடி விதை” எந்பதற்கேற்ப விவசாயிகள் விதைக்க ஆரம்பிப்பார்கள். இந்த மாதத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் மிக முக்கியமாக கருதப்படும்.
சூரிய நமஸ்காரம் மற்ற கடவுள்களைப் போல சூரியன் பூ , பழம் எதையுமே விரும்பவதில்லை. நமஸ்காரம் ஒன்றை மட்டுமே செய்பவர்களுக்கு கண்ணொளியும் அளவற்ற ஆரோக்யத்தையும் தருகிறார். இதன் விதி முறைகளை குரு மூலமாக அறியவும்.

தட்சன் மகளான அதிதிக்கும், காஸ்யபர் என்ற் முனிவருக்கும் பிறந்தவரே சூரிய பகவான். இவர் துவஷ்டா அல்லது விஸ்வ கர்மா என்பவரின் மகளான சஞ்சிகையை மணந்தார். சிலகுழந்தைகளையும் பெற்றார். சூரியனின் வெப்பம் தாங்காமல் சஞ்சிகை தன்னைப் போலவே ஒருத்தியை சிருஷ்டித்து சூரியனிடம் அனுப்பி தவம்செய்ய கிளம்பி மறைந்தாள்.சாயா என்ற அவள் சில குந்தைகளை பெற்றவுடன் தன் குழந்தைகளையயும், சஞ்சிகை குழந்தைகளையும் தனியாக கவனிக்கவும் ஆரம்பித்தாள். இந்த விஷயத்தை குழந்தைகள் மூலமாக அறிந்த சூரியன் மீண்டும் சஞ்சிகையை அழைத்து வந்து வாழ்ந்தான்.

சூரியனிடமிருந்து பூமி உள்ள தூரம் 149.6 மில்லியன்கி.மீ இந்த தூரமே ஒரு வானியல் தூர அலகு எனப்படுகிறது(astronomical unit) தன்னைத்தானே சுற்றிக்கொள்ள. மேலாக. 24/25 நாடகள் மத்தியில். 345/37 நாட்கள்
சூரிய ஒளி பூமியை வந்தடைய எடுக்கும் நேரம் : 8 நிமிடம் 19 நொடிகள் சூரியனிடமிருந்து வரும் குறுகிய ஒளிஅலையின் பெயர். INFRARED WAVES (அகச்சிவப்பு கதிர்கள்) இது நுண்ணுயிர் கொல்லி மருந்தாகவும், விட்டமின் D சத்தாக உபயோகப்படுகிறது.தசை பிடிப்புக்கு , கள்ள நோட்டு, கள்ள கையெழுத்து கண்டு பிடிக்க, இரவில் இருட்டில் பார்க்க, சென்சார் தொழில் நுட்பம் போன்றவற்றிற்கு உபயோகப்படுகிறது. சூரியன் மஞ்சளாக தெரிவது ஏன்??? உண்மையாகப்பார்த்தால் அண்ட வெளி கருமை நிறம். சூரியனானது விண்மீன் வகைப்பட்டியலில் G 2 V வகையைச் சார்ந்தது. G 2 வகை விண்மீன்களின் பேற்பரப்பு 5500 டிகிரி வெப்பம் கொண்டதாகவும் வெண்மை நிற ஒளி உடையதாகவும் உள்ளது.அந்த ஒளியில் உள்ள ஊதா, நீலக்கதிர்களின் ஒளி அலை நீளம் அதிகமாக இருப்பதால் “ஒளிச் சிதறல்” விளைவால் குறைக்கப்பட்டு மனிதக் கண்களுக்கு மஞ்சளாக தெரிகின்றது.

பீமராஜனுக்குப் பிறந்த அந்தப் பேரழகியின் பெயர் தான் தமயந்தி.
அவளே வீரமும் தர்மமும் நிறைந்த நள மஹாராஜனை நாயகனாக அடைந்தாள்.
தமனரின் அருளால் பீமராஜனுக்கு மகளான தமயந்தி பற்றியும் நளன் பற்றியும் வேதங்களிலே குறிப்புகள் காணப்படுவதால் இந்த சரித்திரம் மிக மிகப் பழைய சரித்திரம் என்பது பெறப்படுகிறது.

LONDON SWAMINATHAN, PRODUCER, INTRODUCED HER. SHE IS A GREAT TEACHER SPREADING TIRUPPUGAZ THROUGH HER STUDENTS.
IN HER TALK, SHE COVERED VARIOUS ASPECTS OF HIS FATHER’S LIFE FROM HIS EALRLY CHILDHOOD.

GAYATRI MANTRA AND SUMERIAN ZIGGURAT
Several years ago I wrote about Sandhya vandana of Brahmins and the science behind it. I wrote that Brahmins are ‘living fossils’ and so they deserve a place in the Guinness Book of Records. I wrote that Brahmins’ thrice a day Sandhyavandana ritual has all the sciences from Astronomy to Zoology. Here is one more addition:-

What is Sandhya vandana?
Brahmins do it thrice a day with water under the sunlight or twilight. I already proved that Brahmins are the sons of the soil otherwise they would not use water in all the ceremonies. They belong to tropical regions like India not a desert or cold region. And in the cold region they don’t see sun for six months.
Sandhya = twilight; Vandana= bow and pay respect.
During this Sandhya Vandana they worship Sun God and Goddess Gayatri. Both are one and the same- ‘Light’.
Where is Sumeria?
It is modern Iraq. The rivers Tigris and Euphrates are running through this land and so the land in between two rivers is called Mesopotamia.
Sumer is the bottom most part of Iraq.
What is a Ziggurat?
It came from the Sanskrit word ‘Sikhara’. Early scholars thought that Semitic languages spoken in the Middle Eastern countries are different. But modern research shows all the words are from Tamil and English (Those who have read my 100+ articles in this blog is very familiar with that.) Most of the Sumer’s kings have Sanskrit names!
Ziggurat, called Sikhara in Sanskrit, is a step pyramid. It is like a Hindu Temple Tower but squares within squares and not a cone like shape.
Ziggurats were built through out ancient Babylonia and Assyria . These step pyramids were built with bricks and at the top stood a shrine. Now we know there were some for Moon God Nanna and other gods. Genesis , the first chapter of the bible, contains the story about Tower of Babel. This chapter was written in the middle of 8th century BCE. People thought the Tower of Bael was also a step Pyramid like Ziggurat. But Ziggurats were there thousands of years before the Bible came into existence. The oldest part of the Bible such as Exodus, Numbers and Samuel chapters are dated 950-900 BCE only.
Sumerian scholars point out that the Sumerians came from a mountainous area in the East and settled down in the plains of two rivers. This East is India.
Sumer means people from Good Meru. One must remember that Egypt and Sumer has 5000 year history; different races speaking different languages migrated or invades and influenced the culture there.
Hebrew bible called this land Sennaar; we see Tamil word red river or fertile river there.
Sen / sem = prosperous, fertile; aaru= River
Thirty Indus- Srasvati seals are found in Sumer s far. Also some teak wood. They show the connection between India and Summer from around 2500 BCE.

2500 years ago Greek writer Herodotus described the Ziggurat . He said it was a series of 8 super imposed stages, each one somewhat smaller than one below it.
What is the connection between the Ziggurats and the Brahmins, the priestly class of India?
Hindus are the only race in the world who made God genderless, that is above genders. Brahman/ god is neither feminine nor masculine. Later they called God, ‘she’ and continue it until today. God is like a mother with unstoppable grace, love and mercy. Semitic people though god is ‘He’ only.
Goddess Gayatris is invoked by the Hindus thrice a day standing in the sun light or twilight. That Gayatris is at the top of Ziggurat/ Sikhara, they say in their mantra thrice a day. They invoke her into their heart by waving their hands inward and at the end of their prayer comes this beautiful mantra about Ziggurat/Sikhar.
Even the Brahmins tuft at the top of their head is also a cognate word of Ziggurat/ Sikhaa/tuft.
The mantra they say after praying to goddess is as follows:-
“Uttame shikhare devi bhuumyaam parvata muurdhani
Braahmanebhyo hyanujnaanam
Gachcha devi yathaa sukham “
Meaning
Oh, resplendent Gayatri,
Kindly extend your grace to us who are worshipping the Brahman and restore yourself to your seat happily on THE HIGHEST SUMMIT/SIKHARE/ZIGGURAT of the glorious Mount Meru.
(Parvata is mountain. Parvati, daughter of the King of the Mountains , is a common Hindu feminine name from Sri Lanka to Nepal).
All the good qualities, virtues and meters in prosody are feminine in Sanskrit, which is unique in the world. Anything to do with good, anything to do with grammar, particularly prosody, all the nouns are feminine in Sanskrit.
In short Brahmins around the world are talking about the Goddess on top of the Ziggurat at least thrice a day (being living in London I do recite this mantra only twice a day. I skip the mid -day prayer because of work load; may be a lame excuse!)
Don’t you also think that Brahmins deserve a place in the Book of Records for talking about Goddess on Ziggurat for at least 8000 years? Gayatri Mantra is in all the four Vedas and the oldest book in the world the Rig Veda is dated from 6000 BCE by Herman Jacobi and Bala Gangadhara tilak.
