I decided to stay in Kuala Lumpur, capital of Malaysia for two days on my way back to London from Sydney in Australia. The reason for the visit is to take rest and visit Batu Caves Murugan Temple and Petronas Twin Towers. The Twin Towers is in the congested area of the town and so we took Grab (like Ola and Uber is Grab) and it cost us only nine RM (ringitt). But the entrance fee for the Twin Towers is RM 100 for me and my wife; actually it is a concession for senior citizens like us. Others pay double the amount. All the visitors are taken in batches. We stopped at three places: 1.Sky Bridge connecting Twin Towers; 2.Eighty Fourth Floor and 3.Shopping Floor where you can buy momentous, gifts etc.
When you enter the building, they take a photo of you and your companion. It will be ready when you get out of the building; if you want you may buy your picture.
At each stop you are given 10 minutes to fifteen minutes and you can take pictures of the sky scrapers of Kuala Lumpur.
Local people are reluctant to pay and visit the building; but tourists think that it is onetime opportunity in life. The Twin Towers is with a huge shopping mall. When you come out you see a fountains and a park. If you want to cover the tall towers while taking pictures you must walk away.

Following are the details:
- Name: Petronas Twin Towers (also known as the KLCC Twin Towers)
- Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Height: 1,483 feet (452 meters)
- Floors: 88 stories
- Architects: Cesar Pelli & Associates
- Official Opening: August 28, 1999
- Design: The design incorporates Islamic arabesques and repetitive geometries characteristic of Muslim architecture.
- Historical Significance: From 1996 to 2004, they were the tallest buildings in the world.
- Now the tallest Twin Towers in the World.
