Tiru Valluvar is a Pukka Hindu is proved by THREE more points given below: 1.He says Pujas will stop if there is no water; Hindus only use water for Puja; note the Sanskrit word he used Puusanai- Puuja;  When he talks about daily Puja it can mean only Hindu temples where Abishekam takes place or Brahmins who needs water at least three times a day to do their oblations; it may mean any devotee who takes ritual bath in the temple tank and enters the temple.2. He talks about Indra Festival here; Manimekalai explains more on this point. When Indra Viza is discontinued God/Indra becomes angry and punishes the earth. 3. In verse 19 he used two Sanskrit words DHAANAM, TAVAM; they are repeated in Mahabharata (Gita) and Ramayan  hundreds of  times. Notice the order of words daanam tavam.
