என்ன சொல்கிறார் என்று விளக்குகிறேன்
1 . பெண்களுடன் , அதாவது மனைவியுடன் உடலுறவு கொள்வது மாதத்துக்கு இரண்டு முறை மட்டுமே இருக்க வேண்டும்.
2. அப்படிப்பட்ட மனைவி கரிய கூந்தலுடன் வயதில் இளையவராக இருக்க வேண்டும்¬
இதில் கரிய கூந்தல் என்பதை அடிக்கோடிட வேண்டும். ஏனெனில் பல பெண்கள் நரைத்த முடியை மறைக்க சாயம் பூசுவது– அதாவது டை அடிப்பது இப்போது அதிகம் உளது . யுவதி போல தோன்றுவர்; அப்படி இல்லை என்பதே உண்மை.
3.வயிற்றிலுள்ள அசுத்தங்களை அகற்ற வருடத்துக்கு இரண்டு முறை பேதி மருந்து சாப்பிட வேண்டும் ; இந்தக் காலத்தில் இது அறவே இல்லை.
4.வாரத்துக்கு இரண்டு முறை எண்ணெய் தேய்த்துக் குளிக்க வேண்டும்; இதுவும் நகர்ப்புறங்களில் அழிந்துவிட்டது .
சனி நீராடு என்று ஆத்திச் சூடியில் அவ்வையார் கூறினார் . இதற்கு அந்தக் காலத்தில் சனிக்கிழமை எண்ணெய் தேய்த்துக்குளி என்று பொருள் எழுதினார்கள் . இப்போது சனை: என்ற சம்ஸ்க்ருத பதத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தி மெதுவாக செல்லும் ஆற்றில் குளி என்றும் சன்னி/ ஜன்னி / குளிர்ச்சி என்று ஸம்ஸ்க்ருதச் சொல்லை பயன்படுத்தி குளிர்ந்த நீரில் குளிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் புதிய விளக்கம் சொல்கிறார்கள் தமிழில் ச என்னும் எழுத்திலோ ஜ என்னும் எழுத்திலோ சொற் கள்வர முடியாது என்பது தொல்காப்பியவி தி.
குருபாததாசர் எழுதியது என்னெவென்றால் ஆண்கள் புதன் சனிக்கிழமைகளில் தலைக்கு குளிக்க வேண்டும் – தைலம் தேய்த்து- பெண்கள் செவ்வாய் வெள்ளிக்கிழமைகளில் தலைக்கு குளிக்க வேண்டும் என்பதே .
கேரளத்தில் வசிப்போர் தினமுமே தேங்காய் எண்ணெய்யைத் தடவிக்கொண்டு குளிப்பதால் அவர்களின் முடிகருப்பு நிறத்தில் இருக்கிறது .
5.வெப்ப நாடான இந்தியாவில் வாழ்வோர் தினமும் கெட்டித் தயிர், மோர், உருக்கிய நெய், வழுக்கை உள்ள இளநீர், காய்ச்சிய பால் ஆகியவற்றையும் தினசரி உணவில் சேர்க்க வேண்டும். மேலை நாடுகளில் தினமும் இரண்டு லிட்டர் தண்ணீர் குடிக்க வேண்டும் என்கிறார்கள்; தண்ணீர் அல்லது அதுபோன்ற ஆரோக்கியமான திரவம் (பழ ரசம் போன்றவை) உடலுக்குள் சென்றாலும் சரிதான்.
6.அடுத்து அவர் சொல்லுவது எவ்வளவு தாகம் இருந்தாலும் உணவைச் சாப்பிட்டு முடித்த பின்னரே தண்ணீர் அருந்த வேண்டும் என்பதாகும்; இதில் விஞ்ஞான் உண்மையும் இருக்கிறது மள மளவென்று தண்ணீரைக் குடித்து அரை வயிற்றை நிரப்பிவிட்டோமானால் உணவுப் பண்டங்கள் சாப்பிடுவது குறைந்து விடும்; ஆனால் சிறிது நேரத்தில் பசி எடுக்கத் துவங்கிவிடும் ஆகையால் சாப்பிட்டு முடித்தவுடன் நீரை அருந்துக!.
மோரின் சிறப்பு பற்றி முன்னரே கண்டோம் .
ஒரு கவி மோரின் பெருமையைப் புகழ்கையில் , அது இந்திரனுக்கும் கூட கிடைக்காது என்கிறார் .

பொருள்:-
மனிதர்களுக்கு அமிர்தம் கிடைப்பது அரிது.
தேவர்களுக்கு தண்ணீர் கிடைப்பது அரிது.
தந்தையருக்கு நல்ல மகன்கள் கிடைப்பது அரிது.
இந்திரனுக்கு மோர் கிடைப்பது அரிது.
உணவில் மோர் சேர்ப்பதன் அவசியத்தை கவிஞர் இப்படி வலியுறுத்துகிறார் போலும்.
7.கடைசியாக அவர் சொல்லுவது இன்று மிக மிக முக்கியமானதாகிவிட்டது மேலை நாடுகளில்Apple Watch ஆப்பிள் வாட்ச்சைக் கட்டிக்கொண்டு – தினமும் பத்தாயிரம் ஸ்டெப் 10,000 Steps per day நடக்கும் பைத்தியங்களைப் பார்க்கலாம் ; பைத்தியம் என்று சொல்லக்கூடாதுதான் . அதாவது அவர்கள் மன அமைதியுடன் நிதானமாக உலவப்போக வேண்டும் என்று குமரேச சதகம் சொல்லுவதே சரி. கடற்கரையில், பூங்காவில், புழுதி இல்லாத மைதானத்தில், உலாவுவது Jogging, Running ஜாக்கிங் போவதைவிட மேல்தான்; இதை 200 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னரே தனது பாடலில் குருபாததாசர் முத்ததாய்ப்பாக வைத்திருப்பது வாக்கிங்Walking பற்றிய சிறப்பினை உணர்த்துகிறது.

பிளவுப் பள்ளத்தாக்கில் ஒரு வனவிலங்கு சரணாலயம்!!

வடக்கு டான்ஜானியாவில் அமைதியின் உறைவிடம் என்று வர்ணிக்கப்படும் பெரிய நகரான தார் எஸ் சலாமுக்கு வடமேற்கே 350 மைல் தொலைவில் அமைந்துள்ளது கொரோங்கோரோ எரிமலை வாய்!
ஆப்பிரிக்காவின் அற்புதமான பல்வகை வனவிலங்குகளின் இருப்பிடம் இதுவே தான்.
எரிமலையின் கீழே உள்ள செழுமையான புல்வெளிப் பகுதி தான் 30000 மிருகங்களுக்குச் சொர்க்கமாகத் திகழும் இடம்.
ஆப்பிரிக்காவின் பூர்வீகக் குடியினர் மஸாய் குடியினர் ஆவர். இவர்கள் இந்தப் பகுதியில் நெடுங்காலம் வாழ்ந்து வந்தவர்கள். இருபதாம் நூற்றாண்டின் மத்தியில் தான் இங்கிருந்து வெளியேறினர். இவர்கள்
கோரோங்கோரோவைப் பெரிதும் பூஜித்தனர்.
கடும் பஞ்சகாலத்திலும் கூட அவர்கள் இந்த இடத்தை விட்டு நகரவில்லை. தாகத்தைத் தணித்துக் கொள்ள அங்குள்ள நீரூற்றுகள் அவர்களுக்கு உதவின.
கிழக்கு ஆப்பிரிக்காவின் செயலிழந்த எரிமலைகளுள் கோரோங்கோரோவும் ஒன்று. இரண்டரை கோடி வருடங்களுக்கு முன்னர் இது பொங்கி எழுந்து கொண்டிருந்தது. ஜாம்பியா நதியிலிருந்து தெற்கே 4060 மைல் நீளம் நீண்டிருந்த இந்த எரிமலைப் பகுதி உருவானது.
ஒரு காலத்தில் பூமியின் கீழ் உள்ள டெக்டோனிக் தகடுகளில் இரண்டு அசையவே பெரும் வெடிப்புகள் இரண்டு உருவாயின. அவற்றுள் ஒன்றினால் உருவானது தான் இந்த ஆப்பிரிக்க கொரோங்கோரோ எரிமலை!
அந்தக் காலத்தில் இதன் உச்ச பட்ச உயரம் பிரமிக்க வைக்கும் 15000 அடியாகும். இதன் அடிப்பரப்பு மட்டும் நூறு சதுரமைல்களாகும்.
மற்ற எரிமலைப் பகுதிகள் போலல்லாமல் அதிர்ஷ்டவசமாக இந்தப் பகுதியில் எப்போதும் நல்ல தண்ணீர் கிடைக்கிறது. ஆகவே கூட்டம் கூட்டமாக விலங்குகள் இந்தப் பகுதியை நோக்கி வந்தன.
மூங்கே மற்றும் லோன்யோகி (MUNGE AND LONYOKIE)
ஆகிய இரு நதிகள் நீரைக் கொண்டு வந்து இங்கு சேர்க்கின்றன. நீல நிறமுள்ள ஒரு அற்புதமான ஏரி இங்கு உருவாகிவிட்டது.
அரிய இனமான இரண்டு வகை ஃப்ளெமிங்கோ பறவைகள் இங்கு வளர ஆரம்பித்தன. நீர்யானைகளும், யானைகளும் ஏராளமாக இங்கு வசிக்க ஆரம்பித்தன.
இங்கு ஏராளமான செடிவகைகளும் மூலிகைகளும் உள்ளதால் வெப்பத்தைத் தணித்துக் கொள்ள அவற்றின் கீழே காண்டாமிருகங்கள் ஓய்வெடுக்கின்றன. இவற்றையே அவை தனது உணவாகவும் எடுத்துக் கொள்கின்றன!
அற்புதமான பெரிய ஏரி, அருகில் பரந்த சமவெளி ஆகியவை இருப்பதால் உற்சாகத்துடன் இங்கு சிங்கங்கள் விளையாடுகின்றன.
எரிமலைப் பகுதியில் ஒரு வனவிலங்கு சரணாலயம் அமைந்திருப்பது உலகத்திலேயே இந்த ஒரு இடத்தில் தான் என்பதால்

1.அக்ஷய அழிவில்லாத ; திருதியை = மூன்றாவது நாள்.
ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் சித்திரை மாதம் ( அம்மாவாசையில் அடுத்த மாதம் துவங்குவதாக எண்ணுவோருக்கு வைகாசி மாதம் ) வளர்பிறையில் மூன்றாம் நாள் அட்சய திருதியை கொண்டா டப்படுகிறது.

இகிகை! வாழ்வாங்கு வாழ உதவும் கை!

ஏதோ பிறந்தோம் எப்படியோ வாழ்ந்தோம் என்று வாழ்க்கையைக் கழிப்பதை மாற்றி உயிருடன் இருப்பதற்கான காரணத்தை அறிவது தான் இகிகை.
இகிகை வாழ்க்கையை நன்கு வாழ்வதற்கான ஒரு ஜப்பானிய வழி!
இகிகை என்பதை . அப்படியே மொழி பெயர்ப்பது என்றால் “நீ காலையில் விழித்தெழுவதற்கான காரணம்” என்று சொல்லலாம்.
எதற்காக வாழ்கிறோம் என்ற நம்பிக்கையும் வாழ்க்கை என்பதற்கு நாம் தரும் மதிப்புகளுமே இகிகை.
ஜப்பானில் உள்ள ஓகினாவா தீவில் தான் இகிகை தோன்றியது. அங்கு தான் உலகில் நூறு வயதை எட்டிய ஏராளமானோர் இருக்கின்றனர். நூறு வயது வாழ்வை அடைய இகிகை தான் காரணமா? கான்ஸர், மாரடைப்பு, மனச்சோர்வு, இதர பயங்கர வியாதிகள் எதுவும் ஒகினாவா மக்களுக்கு ஏற்படுவதில்லை.
காரணம் – இகிகை.
இகிகை என்பது மூன்று விஷயங்களைக் கொண்டது.
