WHAT IS MY THEORY?
I have been writing this for the past ten years
1.The classification of language families is wrong. There are no Indo-European or Dravidian families
2.There is only one Indian language which branched into Tamil and Sanskrit, probably 3000 years ago
3.Any word in an ancient language can be traced back to Sanskrit or Tamil root. Fortunately, we have 2000 Sanskrit roots that existed 3000 years ago.
4.Hindus marched from East to West and entered West Asia NOT vice versa. The proof lies in Bhimbetka Caves where we have 40,000 year old paintings and drawings. Rig Veda gives the list of Rivers from East to West, starting from Ganga.
Another proof lies in allocating East to Indra and Purva, Pracheena ec mean old, east, sons of the soil (Purveeka Kuti)
5.Thousands of Sanskrit words are not found in European languages, but over 1000 Tamil words are in Greek, Latin and English. How did it happen?
Her is a Greek word which proves my pet theory.
A single Greek word has both Tamil and Sanskrit roots.
Sirius is the brightest star in the heavens.
Venus is the brightest planet in the sky.
But you can differentiate them; stars twinkle but planets like Venus don’t twinkle.
Sirius played a very important role in the life of ancient Egyptians. Its heliacal rising coincided with the flodding of Nile, the longest river in the world. Egyptians welcomed it because it enriched the soil and increased the harvest.
Like Ganga Matha, they raised it to the level of Goddess and erected statue.
The same Sirius signalled the beginning of hot season in Greece and so they identified it with ‘burning and scorching’.
Etymology of Sirius
Greeks called it Sothis and Sireos.
Sothis is the distorted form of Jyoti which means flame, shining ; we have words like Jwala, Jewell, Jem etc.
This Sanskrit word Sothis/ Jyoti is found in Egypt as well, again in corrupted form sopted.
So in one word we get Tamil and Sanskrit
Here are what encyclopaedias say—
“Sirius is the brightest star in the night sky. With a visual apparent magnitude of -1.46, it is almost twice as bright as Canopus/Agastya Nakshatra, the next brightest star.
The name “Sirius” is derived from the Ancient Greek Seirios (“glowing” or “scorcher”). The star has the Bayer designation Alpha Canis Majoris. Let me give my interpretation
Sothis = Jyoti, Sanskrit word for flame
Sopdet= Sothis Utpatti or Sothis Udhaya mean Origin of Sothis or Rising of Sothis/Sirius
Now look at Tamil in the word Sirius
Seirios = S-Eiri- os; in this Greek word Tamil verb Eri is burn, glow, scorch.
Now we know why Greeks called it Sirius- it ‘burnt’ or scorched Greece
And now we know why Egyptians called it sothis ; it meant bright life for them.
Nile is always called Blue Nile; in Sanskrit Nile is Blue.
Greeks might have got it from Egypt or it already was in Greece with different names.
Whatever be the etymology it is a pleasure to watch it near Orion where Hindus have Arudra of Lord Siva ad Mrgseersha (Orion belt with 3 stars); Arudra is red star in orion. Thuban is Druva at that time and not now.

வேதத்தில் சுவையான வான சாஸ்திரக் குறிப்புகள் உள்ளன. இவற்றைப் பார்க்கையில் எல்லோருக்கும் வான சாஸ்திரம் நன்கு தெரிந்து இருந்தது என்றே சொல்லத் தோன்றுகிறது.
முதலாவது சுவையான விஷயம் வானியலுக்கு ‘ஜோதிஷம்’ என்று பெயர்! வேதத்தைப் பயில்வோருக்கு இது ஒரு கட்டாய பாடம் ஆகும்
‘ஜோதி’ JYOTI என்றால் ஒளிப் பிழம்பு . ஜோதிஷம் என்றால் ஒளி உமிழும் விண்வெளி (Light Emitting Matters in the Sky) விஷயங்களை ஆராய்வது ஆகும்.
அந்த ஜோதி = ஒளிப்பிழம்பு என்ற சொல், வானத்தில் மிகப்பிரகாசமான நட்சத்திரத்துக்கு சூட்டப்பட்ட கதையைக் காண்போம் . மிகவும் பிரகாசமான கிரகம் வெள்ளி Venus . மிகவும் பிரகாசமான நட்சத்திரம் – Sirius சிரியஸ்
நட்சத்திரம் ஜொலிக்கும்/ கண் Twinkle சிமிட்டும் .
கிரகம் கண் சிமிட்டாது No Twinkling ஒளிரும்
இரவு நேரத்தில் ஒளிரும் நட்சத்திரங்களில் மிகவும் பிரகாசமானது சிரியஸ் என்னும் நட்சத்திரம் ஆகும். இதை கிரேக்கர்கள் சோதிஸ் SOTHIS என்று அழைப்பர். “ஜ|” J என்னும் எழுத்து உலகில் சம்ஸ்க்ருதம் தவிர வேறு எந்த பழைய மொழியிலும் கிடையாது. அதை ச அல்லது யா என்ற உச்சரிப்புடன் பயில்வர். எடுத்துக் காட்டாக தமிழில் ஜெ கிடையாது. உலகிலேயே மிகவும் குறைகளை உடைய பழைய மொழி தமிழ்தான் .ஏன் எனில் அரேபிய, எபிரேய மொழிகளில் உள்ள ‘ஹ’ வும் இராது. ‘ஸ் ஷ்’ ‘ஜ’ போன்ற உச்சரிப்பும் இராது. இதனால் செமிட்டிக் மொழி உச்சரிப்போ, ஐரோப்பிய மொழி உச்சரிப்போ தமிழில் தர இயலாது. அவைகளை தமிழ் வழி ப்படுத்த (Tamilize) வேண்டும் அப்படிச் செய்கையில் பல அனர்த்தங்கள் விளையலாம். இக்குறைகளை உணர்ந்தோர் பிற்காலத்தில் ஜ , ஷ, ச, ஹ , க்ஷ முதலிய கிரந்த எழுத்துக்களையும் (Grantha Lipi) உச்சரிப்புகளை அறிமுகப்படுத்தினர்

நான் கண்டுபிடித்த புதிய கொள்கை-
இந்திய -ஐரோப்பிய மொழிக் கொள்கை , திராவிட மொழிக் கொள்கை தவறு. (Classification of Indian Languages is wrong)
இரண்டும் வேவ்வேறு குடும்பம் அல்ல .
உலகிலேயே மிகப்பழைய மொழி/கள் சம்ஸ்கிருதமும் தமிழுமே .
எந்த ஒரு பழைய மொழிச் சொல்லையும் நம்முடைய மொழிகளில் காட்டிவிடலாம் .(Oldest Two Languages are Tamil and Sanskrit; any old word of any any ancient language can be traced back to these two Indian Languages)
அதாவது இந்திய மொழியின் வேர்ச் சொல் (root) இரண்டு வகையில் பிரியலாம் ; ஒன்று சம்ஸ்கிருத வழி ; மற்றோன்று தமிழ் வழி ; ஆங்கிலத்தில் வழங்கும் எண் 1, 8 (One, Ettu) ஆகியன தூய தமிழ் உச்சரிப்பிலும் ஏனையன சம்ஸ்கிருத உச்சரிப்பிலும் இருப்பதைக் காணலாம் .
இப்பொழுது வான சாஸ்திரத்தில் ஒரு உதாரணம் காட்டப் போகிறேன்.
ஜோதி என்றால் எரியும் பிழம்பு ; எடுத்துக்காட்டு – தீப ஜோதி, தீப ஜ்வாலை
தமிழில் ஜோதி = எரியும்
இந்த இரண்டும் வானத்திலேயே பிரகாசமான சிரியஸ் (Siriu) நட்சத்திரத்தில் இருப்பதைக் காணுங்கள்
ஸ் /எரி -ய = கிரேக்க மொழி =”Sirius” is derived from the Ancient Greek Seirios (“glowing” or “scorcher”). = எரியும் S/Eri/os

எகிப்திய மொழியில் சம்ஸ்க்ருதம்
எரியும்(S-eri-os) என்று கிரேக்க மொழியில் தமிழைப் பயன்படுத்திய கிரேக்கர்கள் திடீரென்று சோதி / ஜோதி Sothis என்று ஸம்ஸ்க்ருதத்தையும் பயன்படுத்தியது ஏன் ?
ஏனெனில் எகிப்திய மொழியில் அதை ‘சோதி உதயம்’ Sopdet என்று அழைத்தனர்.
எகிப்தியர் வாழ்வில் சிரியஸ் மிக முக்கியமானதாகும். சிரியஸ் அடிவானத்தில் தோன்றிவிட்டால் உலகிலேயே மிகப்பெரிய நதியான நைல் NILE வெள்ளப் பெருக்கெடுத்து எகிப்திய தேசத்தை வளப்படுத்தும் இதனால் சிரியஸ் நட்சத்திரத்தோடு உதயம்/ உத்பத்தி என்ற சொல்லையும் சேர்த்து சோதத் பத் Sopdet என்றனர்.
அந்த நதிக்கே நீல – நைல் (BLUE NILE) என்றும் ஸம்ஸ்க்ருதப் பெயர் சூட்டினர் .
நதியை கங்கா மாதா போல, பெண் (RIVER GODDESS) உருவாக்கினர் .
அதுமட்டுமல்ல சிவன் தலையில் கங்கை இருப்பது போல ஆசிரிஸ் OSIRIS தேவன் தலையில் நதியை வரைந்தனர்.சிவனின் உருவமான நந்தியை ஆசிரிசுக்கு வரைந்தனர்
சிரியஸ் தோன்றினால் எகிப்தில் வெள்ளம்; கிரேக்க நாட்டிலோ அக்கினி நட்சத்திர ஆரம்பம். ஆகையால் அதை அவர்கள் ஸ் / எரி /யும் – சிரியஸ் என்று பெயர் சூ ட்டியதில் வியப்பில்லை

மஹரிஷிகள் பெயரைச் சொன்னாலேயே புண்ணியம். அவர்களை நினைத்து வணங்கினாலேயே பாவம் போகும்.
நூற்றுக் கணக்கில் உள்ள மஹரிஷிகளின் பெயர்களாவது நமக்குத் தெரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும். அவர்களின் சரித்திரத்தை அறிய முனைப்புடன் ஈடுபட வேண்டும்.
நைமிசாரண்யத்தில் குழுமும் ஏராளமான ரிஷிகளின் சீடர்கள், “எங்கள் முன்னோர்களின் சரித்திரத்தைச் சொல்லுங்கள்” என்று பெரியோரிடம் பக்தியுடன் கேட்பது வழக்கம்.

GNANAMAYAM’S BROADCAST- TELECAST FROM LONDON YESTERDAY 9-11-2020 HIGHLIGHTED A NEW BOOK BY THE WORLD FAMOUS HISTORIAN AND ARCHEALOGIST DR R NAGASWAMY. HE GAVE A DETAILED REPORT OF THE CONTENTS OF THE BOOK.
Gnanamayam is broadcasting every Monday Hindu news round up from around the world via zoom and facebook.com/gnanamyam. In addition to two news bulletins in Tamil and English it features Hindu scholars and their achievements. Sri Suresh from Bangalore also spoke about his book on the Vedas. Mr Desikan from Bangalore, who has been a regular contributor to newspapers like Deccan Herald spoke about his attachment with inanimate objects. All the three talks were well received and we had 800 hits even during the one hour session.
As usual it was followed by Mr Nagarajan’s Q and A programme and talks by Dr Narayanan Kannan and Mrs Brhannayaki Sathyanarayanan.
London swaminathan, former BBC broadcaster, now News Editor of Gnanamayam, London presented the programme.
Some Highlights
Sri Suresh from Bengaluru explained the uniqueness of his book ‘A BRIEF HISTORY OF VEDAS’. It is unique indeed in many respects. He has given all the names with descriptions of all the branches (shakas/chapters) of the four Vedas, names of over 140 Upanishads, the missing Vedic Chapters (shakas), the difference between Charana and Shaka, names of all the Seers (Rishis), flow chart of the Vedic literature, Ganapatam of certain hymns. In short it is a handy reference book for Vedic literature covering from Samhitas to Sutras.
When Devas and Asuras churned the Milky Ocean fourteen treasures came out of it. When Sureshji churned the Vedic Ocean over 280 treasures came out and all these are found in the book.

Dharma Yoga by Dr R N and Mohan and Kala Bhaskar
Dr Nagaswamy needs no introduction. He is a renowned scholar, historian, archeaologist who has travelled around the world lecturing in all famous universities. He is Former Director of Archaeology, Tamil Nadu, former VC of two Universities, author of scores of books and hundreds of research papers, presenter of many dramas on Appar, Sundarar, Manimegalai, Rajendra Cholza in London and American cities, and who rescued the Sivapuram Nataraja from Britain after successfully arguing in Old Bailey in London. Above all, at the age of 91 he is bringing out authoritative research works which includes the latest Dharma Yoga, co- authored by his daughter Dr Kala Bhaskar and son Mohan Nagaswamy (USA).
Here are some interesting titbits from the book:–
Rev G U Pope and others have shown that the Tamil Veda Tirukkural has translation of at least 50 slokas from Manu Smrti and more from Bhagavad Gita.
Manu smrti was hailed as a great Law book for 1400 years in Indian Inscriptions.
A lot of the coins found from different parts of Asia show the influence of Hindu law books and culture.
Choza Emperors boasted that they never swerved away from Manu Neeti. One of the great Choza Kings projected himself as the reincarnation of Manu.
Manu Smrti is referred to in Inscriptions in South East Asia and other parts of Asia.
The first Constitution in the world is Manu Smrti; it is all comprehensive. Tirukkural followed same order of subjects found in Manu Smrti.
Laws and abiding law were found in 1400 BCE in Mitanni and Hittite agreements in Babylonia and Sumeria. The inscription is preserved in the British Museum in London.
In short, Nagaswamy’s latest book ‘Dharma Yoga’ contains encyclopaedic information about influence of Manu Smrti through out Asia, with evidence from coins and inscriptions.
Dr Nagaswamy cannot be countered easily by anyone, because all his books, produced so far, have authoritative information.
Scholars find a rare combination of talents in him. He is a scholar in three languages Tamil, Sanskrit and English.

(In private conversation over phone he told the Gnanamayam team that he would explain the famous saying of great Tamil Saint Manikkavasagar “Tennaattudaiya Sivane Potri” (Siva belongs to South India or South India, the Land of Siva).

DESIKAN, Defence Department Research Scientist
Mr V. Desikan of Bengaluru was a known scientist in his field of defence research. A contributor to Deccan Herald and author of Brindavan Express, spoke about his rare love and attachment towards inanimate objects. But one of the rare objects with which he fell in love was praised by the scholars as an engineering marvel. It is a big vehicle called Sangam. A man from Madurai aptly named the Science Vehicle as Sangam ( Madurai Tamil Sangam is as ancient as Tamil Language). His Tamil talk is blogged here separately)
Gnanamayam requested him to talk about all the subjects he has covered in his book Brindavan Express.
His five minute talk was like a golden nugget. We may expect more golden nuggets and gems during the next few weeks.
Mr Nagarajan answered a question on Inter Galactic Travel in Puranas. Revati Nakshatra/star story gives very clear indication of the knowledge about Theory of Time Dilation. Even before Einstein and other scholars , we have such rare refences to Time Dilation.
Dr Narayanan Kannan put forth two new thoughts about the Tamil Drum called ‘Parai’. Since it gave the derogatory term Pariah , people think it is connected with death and inauspicious happenings. But the ancient Tamil literature is noticeably clear in describing it as an instrument used during auspicious ceremonies. The second point he made was that Vaishnavism has no caste distinctions. Even before revolutionary Ramanuja appeared, Nammalvar, who was a Shudra, was held in high esteem. Vaishnavites gave him the highest status in their worship.
Dr N Kannan, a chemistry professor, is well versed in Tamil Vaishnavite literature and co-founder of Tamil Heritage Foundation.
Mrs Brhannayaki Sathyanarayanan from Bengaluru has started a new series of talks in Gnanmayam. Last week she gave a beautiful description of Mookambika Temple in Kollur and this week she presented the Sri Sailam Siva Temple, one of the 12 Jyotir Linga Shrines.
In the beginning Mrs Sujatha Rengamathan of London and Mrs Vaishnavi Anand of Hayes, Greater London presented World Hindu News Round up in English and Tamil. Needamangalam Mrs Jeyashri Umashankar recited the prayer.

திருச்சியில் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் சுமார் 100 முதல் 150 இலங்கை தமிழ் பெண்கள் விரதமிருந்து 21 நாட்களும் கேதார கவுரி அம்மனுக்கு பூஜை செய்து வழிபட்டு வருவது வழக்கம்.

BRITISH Prime Minister Boris Johnson hailed the Diwali spirit of “the victory of light over darkness” and “good over evil” as he delivered a message of optimism about overcoming the coronavirus pandemic for a first-of-its-kind virtual Diwali festival this weekend.
Johnson appealed for a “huge collective effort” as England entered its second stay-at-home lockdown earlier this week, to last at least until December 2, in order to curb a surge in coronavirus infections across the country.
“While undoubtedly there are huge challenges ahead, I have every confidence in the resilience and resolve and good sense of people across the country and that together we will overcome this virus, just as Diwali teaches us that light triumphs over darkness, good over evil, knowledge over ignorance, said Johnson from 10 Downing Street in London on Friday.
“Just as Lord Rama and his wife Sita found their way home after the defeat of the demon king Ravana, their way lit by many millions of lamps, so too we shall find our way through this, and we shall do so triumphantly,” he said.

HERE IS NEWS FROM UTTARPRADEH
Uttar Pradesh chief minister Adityanath on Saturday said it would be after five centuries that “lamps of happiness” would be lit at the Ram Janmabhoomi site this year. The bhoomi puja for building the Ram temple was performed earlier in August.
The main Deepotsav celebration will be held in Ayodhya on November 13 on the eve of Diwali.
The chief minister will be in Ayodhya for Deepotsav to pay obeisance to Ram Lalla at Ram Janmabhoomi and light earthen lamps at Ram Ki Paidi.
, on November 13 by lighting 5.51 lakh diyas on 28 ghats of the Saryu river.
Last year, the Ayodhya administration created a Guinness World Record by lighting 4.10 lakh earthen lamps at the ghats.

ANOTHER CONTROVERSY HAS ERUPTED IN UTTARPRADESH
A local BJP leader recited ‘Hanuman Chalisa’ at a mosque IN BAGHPAT, the second such case in recent days after a group of people offered namaz on the premises of a temple in Mathura.
Police had arrested four men on Tuesday for chanting Hanuman Chalisa at an Idgah on the Goverdhan-Barsana road, about 20 km from Mathura, a day after a man named Faisal Khan was arrested and sent to 14 days in judicial custody for offering namaz on the premises of a Mathura temple.

Union Minister Pralhad Joshi has welcomed the proposal to enact a law in connection with the religious conversion for marriage
He told reporters that a court in Uttar Pradesh had rejected religious conversion for marriage. Accordingly, the governments in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh had announced that they would enact a law to prevent such incidents. Karnataka government is considering such an act.

GODDESS Kamakhya Devalaya atop Nilachal Hills in Guwahati is set to get a dome of gold. IT IS ONE OF THE 51 SHAKTI KENDRAS OF INDIAN SUBCONTINENT.
Considering the glory of the temple, the Kamakhya Devalaya would soon be decorated with three big pot like KALASAS of gold on the main dome of the temple presented by Reliance Group, owned by Mukesh Ambani .
The Reliance group has donated 20 kilograms of gold for the purpose. And the work is likely to be completed before Diwali.
The main dome of the temple already has three small gold-KALASAS . However, the new gold work would be bigger in size.

SOME INTERESTING NEWS FROM TAMIL NADU
The ancestral village of US Vice President-elect Kamala Harris woke up early on Sunday to soak in the glory of “village daughter” Kamala becoming the first woman Vice President of the United States.
Residents of Thulasendrapuram had earlier put up posters, banners extending support to Kamala as the next Vice President. On Sunday, there were congratulatory rangoli messages in front of the houses, soon after Kamala Harris delivered her first speech as the Vice-President elect, in which she remembered Shyamala Gopalan Iyer who was from Tiruvarur.
The village and its congratulatory message was featured even in New York Times.
Shyamala Gopalan, from India, and Donald Harris, from Jamaica, met at the University of California, Berkeley. Both of them were active in the civil rights movement. Kamala Harris was born in 1964. After their divorce, Harris was raised by her mother.
In the meantime, Tamil Nadu Minister Kamaraj performed Puja at the temple in Tulasenrapuram after hearing the good news.

Another good news from the Mdras High Court is…………………..
Observing that temples in Tamil Nadu are not only a source of identification of the ancient culture but also a testimony of pride and knowledge of the talent in the fields of arts, science and sculpture, the Madras High Court on Wednesday said the state government cannot use temple lands for any purpose other than for holding religious functions.
The court also directed the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department to identify and safeguard all temple lands from encroachers with an officer in charge filing periodical reports.
The issue pertains to the encroachment of lands of the Sakthi Muthamman temple near Neelankarai and the Kottai Mariamman temple in Salem. The court pronounced its orders in the batch of pleas filed by several petitioners over the encroachment of temple land.
Justice R Mahadevan in his order observed that the properties of religious institutions, particularly temples, have to be maintained properly.
“However, the HR&CE Department, which is the custodian of the temple properties, has not taken any steps to protect the interests of temples, though the subject falls within its purview. Such a callous attitude on their part cannot be countenanced,” added the court.
Ordering the removal of encroachments from temple lands, the judge also called for the fisheries department that has constructed a building near Neelankarai to enter into an agreement with the HR and CE department for which rent will be collected.

Kerala’s Travancore Devaswom Board is going to appoint SCHEDULED TRIBE priest
Official source say a total of 133 non-Brahmin priests have been appointed in various temples in Kerala in last four and half year tenure
So far, 310 people have been selected for the post of part-time priests in the Travancore Devaswom Board from the rank list, published in 2017.
For the first time in its history, a scheduled tribe person will soon become a priest in a shrine, managed by the apex temple body Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB), in Kerala.
In a path-breaking move, the TDB, which manages over 1,200 shrines across the southern state, has decided to appoint 19 people, including 18 belonging to scheduled caste and one from scheduled tribe, as priests in its shrines on a part-time basis.
The TDB is an autonomous temple body which manages many shrines including the Sabarimala Lord Ayyappa Temple.

Darshan of Sri Bhu Varaha Swamy at Tirumala will be suspended for six months from December 10 with the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) finally approving the much-awaited gold plating works of the temple. A decision in this regard was taken at a meeting of TTD officials held in Annamayya Bhavan on Wednesday.
According to TTD Additional Executive Officer AV Dharma Reddy, Balalayam will be constructed from December 6 to 10 and Ankurarpanam for it will be performed on December 5.
According to Agama traditions, Balalayam is constructed at any temple for renovation of sanctum sanctorum, which is also known as ‘Jeernodharana’.
