GNANAMAYAM BRODCASTING VIA ZOOM AND FACEBOOK.COM STEPPED IT INTO ITS FOURTH MONTH YESTERDAY. THE BROADCAST/ TELECAST FROM LONDON WAS STARTED IN THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST

The prayer was recited by MS. Jayashree Umashankar of Needamnaglam.after the prayer MS Sujatha Rengalthan and MS.Vaishnavi Anand presented World Hindu News round up in English and Tamil respectively. MS.Brhannayaki Sathyanarayanan of Bengaluru explained the importance of Srirengapatna temple in Karnataka. She also explained the Pancha Renga Sthalas. Her article is already posted in this blog.
Following Brhannayaki, Sri Sachidanda Sivacharya introduced Dr Ambikapathy of Kent in England. Sri Sachidananda Kurukkal came to the UK 40 years ago and well known to the devotees of Lord Murugan/Skanda.
Dr Ambikapathy wrote a unique book on his Kailash Yatra in a new style. He presented his travel date wise like a diary. He profusely thanked the people who made the grand trip possible. He told the listeners the unpredictable weather was the main hurdle throughout his trip and yet the darshan of Kailash gave great pleasure and wiped out the mental agony. The book was well received by the general public and all the money that was received by the sale of book was donated to a charity known as One Pot. The donation he made was over 2000 pounds.
Dr Ambikapathy profusely thanked Dr Gnanasekaran, Editor of Gnanam in Sri Lanka and Mr Pathmanatha Iyer and Sri Naganatha Sivacharya of London. Sivacharya and other officials at London Murugan Temple helped them to release his book, he said
Following his talk S Nagarajan of Bengaluru answered the questions on Hinduism. Dr N Kannan spoke about Vishnu in Sangam literature. Master Anjanan Sharma of Durban, South Africa recited a beautiful Sanskrit hymn.
In the beginning Bharatiyar Song was played and tune was set by MS Harini Raghu of London and the song was sung by Jayashree Uma Shankar. London Swaminathan ,Producer and Editor of Gnanamayam presented the programmes with the help of Si Kalyanasundara Sivachariyar of World Hindu Mahasangam and Harrow Sridhar.
