“You are the woman, You are the man; You are the youth and the maiden too. You are the old man who totters along with a staff, and You are the boy facing all directions.”- Shvetashvatara Upanishad ,Chapter 4, Verse 3

The Bliss of the Eternal from which words turn back without attaining and mind also returneth baffled, who knoweth the Bliss of the Eternal? He feareth not for aught in this world or elsewhere– Taittiriya Upanishad, Anuvaka IX, Ananda valli.

ajām ekāṁ lohita-śukla-kṛṣṇāṁ bahvīḥ prajāḥ sṛjamānāṁ sarūpāḥ |
ajo hy eko juṣamāṇo ’nuśete jahāty enāṁ bhukta-bhogām ajo ’nyaḥ || [1]
–Shvetashvatara Upanishad (Verse 4.5)
अजाम् एकाम् लोहितशुक्लकृष्णम् बह्वीः प्रजाः सृजमानां सरूपाः
अजो ह्येको जुषमाणोनुशेते जहात्येनां भुक्तभोगाम् अजोन्यः
ajām ekām lohita-śukla-kṛṣṇām
bahvīḥ prajāḥ sṛjamānāṁ sarūpāḥ
ajo hy eko juṣamāṇo ‘nuśete
jahāty enāṁ bhukta-bhogām ajo ‘nyaḥ
This verse uses the metaphor of a goat (Aja/Ajā) to explain the relationship between the individual soul, the supreme soul, and material nature:
- The Material World: The unborn, singular Prakriti is red, white, and black (representing the three gunas), and she continuously creates a multitude of living beings that resemble her.
- The Bound Soul: One unborn soul (the Jiva) becomes attached to this material nature, gets entangled in it, and enjoys its experiences.
- The Liberated Soul: Another unborn soul (the Supreme or liberated soul) disengages from Prakriti once her purpose (experience and eventual liberation) has been fulfilled.– Shvetashvatara Upanishad (Verse 4.5)
Or
There is one beginningless entity who is clear-white when she transmits conscious perception, reddish-hued when she inspires creativity, and dark-blue when she coagulates and destroys. There is another beginningless entity who wants to procreate with her. Yet another beginningless entity forsakes her after enjoying her.

The mantra calls for sweetness and harmony in all aspects of life
Winds, rivers, and herbs bring sweetness, aligning with cosmic law (Rta).
Nights, dawns, the earth’s dust, and the sky (Father Heaven) are sweet.
Trees, the sun, and cows (offering milk) are full of sweetness.
Or
Rivers bliss us with sacred water and provide us; health, night, morning, vegetation. Sun bliss us with peaceful life. Our cows provide us milk.
