JONATHAN SWIFT
(1667 – 1745)

xxx

WILLIAM WORDSWORTH
(1770 – 1850)
Isabella Curwen (died 1848) had six children: Jane, Henry, William, John, Charles and Edward.
Helen Ross (died 1854). No children.
Mary Ann Dolan (died after 1858) had one daughter Dora (born 1858).
Mary Gamble. No children.
DAFFODILS
Mr and Mrs Srinivasan in the field of Daffodils
Mr and Mrs Srinivasan in the field of Daffodils
I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o’er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretched in never-ending line
Along the margin of a bay:
Ten thousand saw I at a glance,
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.
The waves beside them danced; but they
Out-did the sparkling waves in glee:
A poet could not but be gay,
In such a jocund company:
I gazed—and gazed—but little thought
What wealth the show to me had brought:
For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils
Xxx
The Tables Turned
Up! up! my Friend, and quit your books; Or surely you’ll grow double: Up! up! my Friend, and clear your looks; Why all this toil and trouble?
The sun above the mountain’s head, A freshening lustre mellow Through all the long green fields has spread, His first sweet evening yellow.
Books! ’tis a dull and endless strife: Come, hear the woodland linnet, How sweet his music! on my life, There’s more of wisdom in it.
And hark! how blithe the throstle sings! He, too, is no mean preacher: Come forth into the light of things, Let Nature be your teacher.
She has a world of ready wealth, Our minds and hearts to bless— Spontaneous wisdom breathed by health, Truth breathed by cheerfulness.
One impulse from a vernal wood May teach you more of man, Of moral evil and of good, Than all the sages can.
Sweet is the lore which Nature brings; Our meddling intellect Mis-shapes the beauteous forms of things:— We murder to dissect.
Enough of Science and of Art; Close up those barren leaves; Come forth, and bring with you a heart That watches and receives.

Bereft of God no Self exists,
Bereft of knowledge no world exists,
Sat and Asat in God exists,
In the heart of man or beast God exists!
Call God by any name
Worship God in any form,
Remember Him by any name,
He is in all forms.
All goodness is God,
All perfection is God,
All purity is God,
All love is God,
All unselfishness is God
As a foolish deer in search of her Dear,
I wandered in wilderness far and near,
Her Dear was her perfume within,
By His grace I found it within
He knocks at your door, awake and arise,
God pining for you! Have you no surprise,
You will never regain what you are missing,
It is the misfortune to miss His sweet kissing.
Be like a God and commune with God,
He is sweet joy pure as Gold,
God of all religions is one and the same,
He is only one though various are His names.
God in diversity is man,
Man in unity is God,
God plus Ego is man,
Man minus Ego is God
God is goodness manifested,
God is truth perfected,
God is love in life,
God is unselfishness in disguise,
God is unity in diversity,
God is grace in adversity.
Praise God by any means; He will hear,
Worship God in any form; He is near,
Remember God constantly, He is dear,
He is everywhere, So have no fear!
To see God is to be God,
Because He alone is His measuring rod,
The mole and the mountain bear His image,
Even an atom conveys His message.
Zeroes have multiplying power with one at their back,
Without one, any amount of zeroes have no back,
Zeroes are nothing by themselves,
Zeroes with one have all – the power in themselves.
God has no shape and form,
Still He is in every shape and form,
Shapes and forms do not exist by themselves,
For are they not projections of our ownselves

Peace of Mind -
God is life in all beings,
God is light in all our seeings,
God is Bliss everywhere
God is present everywhere
God is seated in our hearts,
God looks through our eyes:
God hears through our ears,
God searches Himself in disguise.
To search God outside is to get lost,
Therefore seek God within at all cost;
If God does not exist in us,
God does not exist anywhere else!
Denial of the existence of God,
Is in itself the proof of the existence of God,
One who says: “I have no tongue”,
Is not the one who is mum and dumb!
GOD IS NOW HERE
To realize God is to realize Oneself,
Devoid of SELF no GOD exists,
Self is the same in all of us,
Self is Omnipresent in each one of us
God is the hope of the helpless,
God is the existence on all beings,
God is the knowledge on the Universe
God is the bliss in all things.
Surrender to God,
Become one with Him,
Make Him your own
As yours very Self own HIM.
Like a magician producing by magic
God created the world basic;
Universe is the re- appearance of God,
God manifesting Himself in all and Odd.
He is the controller of the Universe,
He is the regulator in all of us,
He is the Omnipresent power in us,
He is the Light of lights within us.
He is present in all levels,
He is visible at all times,
He is appearing in all Beings,
He is projecting in all lives.
Just as salt pervades the sea,
God pervades the universe;
Just as in the seed the tree is hidden,
Likewise in everyman God is hidden.

For this sutra 2400 year old Varttika adds 12 Notes.
One of them is Hruth from which Heart is derived.
There in NO word for heart in Tamil
(Ullam, Nenjam, Maarbu don’t mean the organ that pumps blood=heart)
May be Hruh came from Tamil Kuruththu, but there is no proof to support it.
Kuruththu = Bud; young or tender part of a vegetable
