Valluvar and Vasuki in Mylapor, Chennai Temple.
Points to be noted:
Valluvar made it clear that he was neither a Jain nor a Buddhist; in both the religions there is No God; Hindus believe that God is controlling the fate; here Valluvar says in Kural 377, the disposer or the dispenser or Lord or வகுத்தான் is doing it. Read the translations of 377.
There are more stories of suffering from bad effects of fate in Hindu scriptures than in others.
And fate is defined clearly as Aakaamya, Praarapta and Sanchita in Hindu scriptures only which show they were the ones who studied fate well.
