Points to ponder:

Valluvar has taken the role of the Chairman of Board of Directors of a big company and give instructions to his Employment Officers.

Very practical instructions to run any business, whether it is a small or a big company.

I am pretty sure these are also in Kautilya’s Arthasastra.
